“Vision 2020” Facilities Master Plan Update
Rev. Craig Miller with Horizons Stewardship began a Giving
Feasibility Study on June 15th to assist us in estimating how
much interest and potential financial resources there are to im-
plement the $7.2 M facilities master plan. Everyone has been
given an opportunity to participate in this survey. Thank you so
much to those of you who have completed the survey. The dead-
line for completing the online version of the survey is Sunday,
July 2nd at midnight. Rev. Miller will present the giving feasibility
study report to our church leadership on Tuesday, July 18th.
Watch for details related to our fall capital campaign in the
August Circuit Writer.
This is a very exciting time in the life of our church. Thank you
for continuing to pray as we seek to prepare for our next 200
years in ministry in this community and beyond!
Much grace and peace!

From the Church Mailbox
Dear Friends at SSUMC,
You will never know how much I have appreciated the love shown me during my recovery
from the compound fracture of my femur. Your many kindnesses shown Don and me dur-
ing these last 5 months will always be remembered. The prayers, food, flowers, cards, ex-
pressions of support, and visits have been so encouraging for us. You have blessed us as we
have traveled this long journey. Prayers have been answered and I will walk again!
God is GOOD!
Thank you!
Glenna Burton
