Tti collaborates with E & T India for a Textile Testing Training Programin Association with AATCC & ASTM International

Tti-Textile Testing International-Pakistan and E & T Textile Resources India have recentlycollaborated to launch a Textile Testing Training program in Pakistan.

The Comprehensive training programs would cover all major ASTM and AATCC Textile Testingstandards , which would be conducted and supervised byDr.Jayakumar Gopalakrishnan (who is an AATCC /ASTM certified International Trainer and TextileExpert) and Mr.Srivatsa Srinivasan (Textile Testing Expert & Chief Coordinator ASTM and AATCC inSouth Asia).

The first round of the 2 day trainings would be conducted in Lahore in November 2012.Following is an outline of the training benefits for the participants.

Successful PNAC Re-Assesment for Accredited Scope Expansion

Tti recently went through a successful round of a PNAC re-assesment after which itsprevious accreditation scope has been recommended forre-accreditation and new accreditation certificate will be issued after completion ofinternal formalities of PNAC.

The External Audit was focused on the accredited scope expansion of the RST-Restricted Substances Testing department, as well as to insure that the systems andcontrols of the Newly constructed facility were in-line with the Internationalrequirements and Good Laboratory Practices- GLPs.

Tti has the largest accredited testing scope for textile and leather in Pakistan.Speaking at on the closing meeting, the Executive Board of Tti concluded that thisPNAC audit, was indeed a millstone after which the Textile Industry of Pakistan wouldhave an Internationally accredited local lab of their own, fully equipped to serve thein all their Regulatory and conformity assessment needs.

Tti- Inspections Pvt.Ltd gets a New ISO/IEC 17020 Accreditation from PNAC.

Tti-Inspections Pvt Ltd, previously accredited by PSQCA as an ISO/IEC 17020accredited Inspection Services provider, recently went through a PNAC audit afterwhich it got an ISO/IEC 17020 Accreditation from PNAC.

PSQCA, which was previously an authority for conducting audits & grantinginspection accreditations is now replaced by PNAC.

We at Total Testing Solutions Inc consider that Health, Safety, Respect for Environment andSafeguarding of assets are essential to the efficient operation of our activities and to our employees,contractors and other stakeholders. Endeavour to manage natural resources in a responsible way, to preserve biodiversity for futuregenerations and promote sustainable development of our communities. Pursue continuous improvement in the measures taken to protect the Health, Safety andEnvironment of those who may be affected by our exploration and production activities. Report and analyze all incidents and anomalies in order to improve procedures, behavior ofoperators and equipment in the running of our operations. Set up and monitor measurable HSE performance indicators that are part of our business plan andbudget, analyze and report as part of the monthly management scoreboard. Recognize and motivate those who contribute to improved HSE performance. All employees must comply with this policy and the HSE procedures. They must actively play a keyrole in ensuring the health and safety of themselves and their colleagues and protecting theenvironment in which we operate.
