Spread across the entire top floor, our sparkling venue boasts panoramic views up and down Australia’s most iconic beach.

A flexible floor plan of over 300sqm, in 3 separate yet connected spaces, the layout caters to all types functions, from cocktail parties,

product launches, corporate dinners and weddings, both large or small.

Room Hire Rates & Venue Charges

Early or late access for bump-in bump-out may incur additional labour charges of $150 per hour. Note bar closes at the latest 11.30pm with all guests

vacated the premised by 12am on Monday-Saturday. Bar Closure on Sundays is 9.30pm, guests out by 10pm. Cost for security is additional per function ,

Note a damages bond may also be required for some events where equipment, staging or band set-up is required for your function, to be refunded based on

no damage to the venue.

All sit down menus served with sourdough rolls, plunger

coffee, Twinings tea & petit fours.

Waiter ratio of 1 per 15 guests approximately for sit down

functions and 1:25 for stand-up functions.

Sit Down function pricing includes white tablecloths and

napkins, venue chair & tables.

All Functions will incur a chefs charge of $450.

For functions where guest arrival is before commencement of

Food & Beverage service such as wedding ceremonies or

presentations additional early set up charges will apply for

staff.

Bookings are not considered confirmed until 50% deposit is

received, based on an estimate of catering charges.

Confirmed minimum numbers required minimum 10 days prior,

together with full balance of payment based on confirmed

numbers.
