The May 15th 2018 meeting minutes were presented for approval. George Alexander made the motion toaccept the minutes as presented, seconded by Vice Chairperson Dr. Kay Crosby.
NEW BUSINESS
Chairman Paul Poole completed New Board of Health Member Introduction. Mr" Bermingham accepted andcompleted the Oath of Office" Upon completing the Oath of Offlrce, Mr. Bermingham shared his professionalexperience,23 years with the United States Airforce and 8 years with the CDC.

District 4/Public Health Report
Dr. Obasanjo extended invitations to the BOH members to attend the Health & Weliness Day 2018 on FridayOctober 5th2018 at Rock Ranch. Dr. Obasanjo shared with Mr. Bermingham, that District 4 Pubiic Health holdsa Professional Development Day each year, all Counties in District 4 attend. Dr. Obasanjo discussed theAccreditation progress. In August 20f,8 D4PH officially applied for Acmeditation" The goal completion date isDecember 29,2018. 115 days 3.8 months to.completion. Dr. Obasanjo announced the District 4 Public HealthOffice of Emergency Preparedness and Response 1s available to present Closed POD Program to organizations.
