Steve has over 20+ years of experience in successfully handling Operations and Sales of Technology solutions for Banking Industry in Middle East, Europe & Asia. Prior to T8, Steve held various positions at Misys, Logica, Synectics and CB of Oman.

Mr. Alan Prior – International Sales Director

Roopa straddles many roles at T8 International, as she has a unique professional combination of being a Chartered Accountant, qualified HR expert, Certified ISO Auditor and an accomplished author. Prior to T8, Roopa held various positions at Synectics and Logica. Roopa is also an active member at State CA Associations.

Alan brings 25+ years of Sales experience in Banking Industry with one of the IT giants – Misys. Alan has extensive experience in building clientele with successful Market penetration strategy in Middle East regions. Sentient International Business Solutions, his venture aims to offer niche Banking services to Middle East banking market.

Mr. Stephen Fletcher -Founder & CEOStephen has extensive experience in building, deploying,supporting and selling Retail Banking Systems throughoutEurope, the Middle East and Asia.

Prior to establishing T8 International, Stephen has held senior managementpositions in Commercial Bank of Oman (Muscat), Synectics Technologies Pvt.Ltd., (India) and Logica Offshore Services, (India and Malaysia). In the Earlyyears of his career, Stephen has held various technical roles within BIS BankingSystems (now part of the Misys Group).

Mrs. Roopa Venkatesh -Co-Founder, CFO & Director - HRRoopa straddles many roles at T8 International, as shehas a unique professional combination of being a Chartered Accountant, qualified HR expert, Certified ISO Auditor and an accomplished author.

Prior to cofounding T8 International, Roopa has held senior management positions across various industry segments, essaying different roles and functions. Having worked with Synectics Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and LogicaSynectics, Roopa played an important part in bringing together both thecompanies, as well as managing the integration, post acquisition.

Mr. Alan Prior -International Sales DirectorA veteran of the IT industry for over 28 years, Alan has acareer spanning 25 years exclusively specialising in Banking and Finance. He has held several international senior managerial and sales positions within BIS Banking Systems and Misys Retail Banking Systems, including long-term postings inUSA, Australia and CIS.

After serving as Regional Director, Middle-East with Misys for 13 years, Alanformed his own Banking System Solutions Group – Sentient InternationalBusiness Solutions (SIBS) in Dubai, to bring sophisticated software solutions tothe Middle East banking and finance market.
