STEP 2: PREPARE THE PACKAGE
STEP 3: PACKING THE ORDER
Do not pack your orders in small packages as they will be misplaced easily
Important! If the order is too big to pack into 1 parcel, DO NOT paste the
automated airway bill. Please use a manual airway bill for the other parcel(s) and alert [email protected] on the manual airway bills used. If the other parcel(s) cannot be located by TQB, ZALORA will not be liable.
STEP 4: SET STATUS TO “READY TO SHIP”
• Click on ‘Ready to Ship’
• Tracking number will automatically be generated
Prepaid: 1800-XXXX-XXXX
Cash on Delivery: 1140-XXXX-XXXX
• Do not process POP Station orders – please email [email protected], indicating if you have stock and able to fulfil the order.
• No need for manual pick up request form
• TA-Q-BIN will come automatically depending on what time you set the order to Ready to Ship on Seller Center
STEP 4 : TA-Q-BIN PICK UP OF PARCEL
Parcel Pickup Timeframe
I have set the order to Ready to Ship, what time will TA-Q-BIN be collecting my package?
Order set to Ready to Ship between12am – 3pm: Pickup before 5pm (on same day)
3.01pm – 5pm: Pickup before 7pm (on same day)5.01pm – 11.59pm: Pickup before 12pm (following day, orders set on Friday will
be picked up on next working day before 12pm)
Sat/Sun/PH: Pickup before 12pm on Monday or next working day
• Please call the TA-Q-BIN hotline at 1800-2255-888 if you wish to change your pickup address
• You are encouraged to have the same pickup address throughout to avoid confusion and failed pickups
STEP 4 : TA-Q-BIN PICK UP OF PARCEL
STEP 5 : PRINT AIRWAY BILL
• Please obtain the airway bills from selecting the ‘Print Shipping Labels’ option,
• The tracking number will be automatically generated
• Please print all 3 pages of the shipping labels
STEP 5 : PRINT AIRWAY BILL
• Attach the ‘Address Label’ on the package. This will serve as the airway bill for delivery purposes.
STEP 5 : PRINT AIRWAY BILL
• Please retain the ‘Sender Copy’ for record purposes.
STEP 5 : PRINT AIRWAY BILL
• To be collected and retained by TA-Q-BIN for delivery purposes.
STEP 6 : SHIPPING PARCEL OUT
• Once the order is set to Ready to Ship, please ensure that the parcel is ready for collection.
• Fee to be charged for failed pickup
• Email [email protected] if you will be overseas and your account will be temporarily closed once confirmation has been given
• Update stock count as per real time
