Credit can be extended on an open line of credit to accounts that furnish suitable financial infor-mation, credit references, and maintain an acceptable payment history. In lieu of an open line of credit, we will accept American Express, Discover, VISA, and Master Card.

Terms are net 30 days. We are unable to accept C.O.D.

Returned Goods Policy

Detco does not accept returns on orders that are more than 30 days old, or on orders where the product containers have been opened, damaged, or the seals are broken. There is a 15% restock-ing fee.

All defective products must be made available to a Detco representative for inspection and testing prior to approving the return and issuing credit.

Tax Exempt Status

All tax exempt customers must provide a tax exempt certificate, which will be kept on file at the home office. Prior to receiving this certificate, we must charge tax to the customer.

Standard Lead Time

Detco typically ships orders from floor stock in 2 to 4 business days. Seasonal demand, raw mate-rial availability, and other factors may affect the time needed to process your order.
