EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
KKT Pakistan is a Master Franchisor for KKT International Limited. KKT International Limited is a global based
healthcare organization dedicated to the research and advancement of spinal care treatment. KKT has
developed a non-invasive (QAW)Quantum Acoustic Wave-based treatment system that precisely and painlessly
realigns the spine and regenerates cellular tissue (Indications of what have been seen at gene level).
KKT International is a Canadian based healthcare system providing patient care through quality healthcare
practices, latest advancements in the field of back-pain, neck-pain and orthopedic ailments worldwide. Over the
last five years, KKT has exponentially grown and has opened centers in Canada, UAE, Jordan, Qatar, India,
Taiwan, China, and Germany. Pakistan is the 9th country in the world to establish a dedicated KKT treatment
system nationwide by implementing Canadian healthcare standards and quality processes of customer care.
Mr. Jawad Qureshi is a Pakistani born Canadian who was previously a patient of KKT International Canada. He
envisioned introducing the latest advancements in spinal and orthopedic ailments to Pakistan. Since Mr. Qureshi
had gone through the entire KKT treatment life cycle, he was able to understand the value and importance of
non-invasive treatment.
Mr. JawadQureshi envisioned introducing the latest technology in Pakistan and provide millions of Pakistani’s a
new methodology of healing spine related disorders. KKT Pakistan is a revolutionary and advanced system of
processes, procedures and quality healthcare practice to cure Pakistan of spinal-pain and orthopedic ailments
including but not limited to neck pain, back pain, scoliosis, whiplash, spinal stenosis, herniated disks,
Osteoarthritis, Vertigo, Tinnitus, Rotator cuff, Temporomandibular joint disorder and other relevant ailments.
According to the World Health Organization chronic low back pain, not to speak of the rest of the spine, is the
most expensive condition in industrialized countries and the most common cause of activity limitation in persons
under the age of 45. Coming second only to the common cold, back pain is the most common reason for medical
consultations.
Pakistan is one of the leading countries with the maximum number of back pain issues and orthopedic ailments.
The lack of exercise, hectic routines, poor eating habits, improper sitting postures and numerous other factors
has made back pain a major issue for countries across the globe specially Pakistan.
Majority of the government hospital costs go to the care, treatment and cure of back-pain for orthopedic patients.
This is not limited to a particular race or age group in Pakistan. One of the top disability reasons for Pakistani
citizens under the age of 50 is back-pain issues. Nine out of ten Pakistani citizens go to the doctor multiple of
times for back-pain issues in the span of 50 years. Sudden jolts experienced in falls or from a motor vehicle
accident resulting in a whiplash mechanism of injury is one of the most common causes of neck injuries, with a
total of almost 120,000 incidences reported annually.
Additionally, osteoarthritis is the most common joint disorder in the world. In Middle Eastern & South East Asia
populations it is one of the most frequent causes of pain, loss of function and disability in adults. Osteoarthritis
occurs in the majority of people by 65 years of age and in about 80% of those over 75 years. Increasing life
expectancy and aging populations are expected to make osteoarthritis the leading cause of disability by the year
2020.
2
Many conditions i.e. some genetic and unfortunately some due to injuries can cause aggravated and debilitating
spinal problems; most common of which is back and neck pain, which can be acute (short episodes) or chronic
(ongoing, daily pain). Causes of back pain can include mostly inflammation, lifting something incorrectly, sitting
or standing too long, stress, lack of exercise, lethargic lifestyles, obesity which also is due to continuous food
consumption, foot or leg problems that alter your normal way of walking, any minor or major injury/ accident.
And in Pakistan, lethargic movement, lack of quality healthcare facilities, non-exercise routines and poor diet
conditions all play a role in growing the number of back-pain injuries exponentially. For many individuals surgery
is not a viable option for spine-related conditions and procedures currently available show limited efficacy and
shallow outcomes. Few therapies have been able to adequately address this need. No treatment to date with
credible scientific backing has ever been able to address such core spinal issues through non-invasive
procedures. Hence, making KKT Orthopedic Spine treatment an ideal and quick solution for millions of patients
suffering from excruciating pains and living a debilitating life style in Pakistan.
KKT Pakistan has established a business plan built on a solid foundation of ground-breaking research, innovative
therapeutic and diagnostic technology, comprehensive treatment protocols and superior patient care. KKT
Pakistan is growing exponentially and is actively engaging in opportunities to partner with leading companies,
institutions and like-minded individuals who have an interest in the field of spine-related medicine. We believe
that our unique approach to spine care will transform the delivery of healthcare and it is our business objective
to become the premiere spine care treatment provider-of-choice. Eventually making KKT a household name.
Given the distinct nature of KKT®s sound wave-based treatment and the efficacy of KKT for addressing the
underlying condition, KKT Pakistan stands alone as being the number one international standards based
healthcare system focusing on orthopedic ailments and its respective cures.
Revenue for KKT Pakistan Centres is generated primarily from fees collected from KKT treatment as well as
through adjunct services to patients. Top line sales revenues are healthy and within three years most KKT
centres experience projected growth in excess of 15%. Within 36 months KKT centres generate sufficient
revenue enabling further development of KKT Centres. (These numbers are conservative estimates).

2.0 KKT PROGRAM OVERVIEW
COMPREHENSIVE TREATMENT PROGRAM
The program begins after a comprehensive patient
consultation, structural examination and state of the
art diagnostics, which includes digital x-rays and a
3D-spine scan. Data obtained from the x-rays and
analyzed using KKT®s proprietary analytic software,
Spinalytics®, is used to determine each patient’s
unique signature frequencies required in the
treatment process.
A typical KKT Treatment Plan is comprised of a 20
visit schedule during which time the patient
undergoes regular KKT treatments and participates
in the IV Vitamin Support, KKN Nutrient Support and
KKE Exercise Programs as determined by a KKT
consultant doctor. Throughout the program a patient
advocate monitors the patient’s progress utilizing
KKT®s proprietary Patient Management System,
ensuring compliance with treatment protocols and
offering useful healing and post treatment tips.
A detailed re-examination and re-assessment is
conducted on the 19thvisit to map a patient’s overall
progress. At the conclusion of the program a detailed
Progress Report is generated and a KKT
Maintenance Plan is prepared specifically for the
patient. Results are maintained through regular recommended KKT
treatments (Maintenance Program), KKN nutritional support and on-going
compliance with the KKE exercise protocol.
MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
KKT has developed an integrated, comprehensive Maintenance Program
designed to aid patients in maintaining their peak structural and
biomechanical form. This program is tailored to each individual and
supports key objectives of achieving and sustaining levels of optimum
spinal health. The Maintenance Program commences following
completion of the 20-step Treatment Program. The transition from the 20-
step Treatment Program to the Maintenance Program will help to ensure
the long-term sustainability and profitability of the operations. A robust
Maintenance Program will promote client retention, generate increased
revenues and facilitate expansion opportunities. Each KKT Pakistan
franchise will need to understand each program prior to rolling out these
critical features.
1-TheInitialPhase
At the on set of treatment, KKT care focuses
on restoring body balance and reactivating
the bodys self-healing process in order to
relieve pain and symptoms as quickly as
possible.
2-Healing and Regeneration Phase
Utilizing the bodys signature frequencies,
KKT treatment triggers healing and tissue
regeneration, counteracting the narrowing of
disks and loss of disk height often related to,
and associated with, aging.
3-BodyStabilizationPhase
With on going KKT care the joints, ligaments
and muscles supporting the spine begin to
strengthen, offering greater support in
maintaining the body s balance and the
natural position of the spine. This leads to
enhanced coordination, increased range of
motion and improved posture.
4-HarmonizedZone
Once a patient reaches the harmonized Zone,
regular KKT care is established to assist the
patient in maintaining their signature
frequencies and the optimum efficiency of the
spinal column. Synchronized and in tune with
its frequencies, the body is better able to
respond to, and with stand, the impact and
events of day-to-day life.
6
CONDITIONS TREATED
KKT focuses on treating the core issues associated with spinal related conditions that often lead to structural,
muscular and neurological imbalances.
CONDITIONS TREATED WITH KKT
Neck pain Herniated disks Spinal stenosis Spinal degeneration Back pain Temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ) Spondylitis Autonomic Nervous System disorders Scoliosis Vertigo Muscle strain Osteoarthritis Sciatica Rotator cuff Tinnitus Headaches Whiplash
7
KKT PROGRAM OVERVIEW
KKT treatment protocols are based on data retrieved from patient radiographs as well as other clinical findings.
To initiate treatment the patient lays on the KKT table and the KKT device is strategically placed along a specified
region of the spine. The patient’s customized data is then transferred from the computer to the KKT device and
treatment begins.
Following the KKT treatment, muscles, blood vessels and neural communication are stimulated. Cellular
biosynthesis responsible for restoring and regenerating worn or damaged disks is also actively engaged while
the treatment is being administered.
8
ADJUNCT KKT Pakistan SERVICES
KKT Pakistan treatments are supported by the following programs, which are designed to aid the healing and
regeneration process and facilitate optimum health:
KKE EXERCISE PROGRAM
Once neuro-muscular and structural balance is established through the KKT program, a customized exercise
program is developed for each patient. This customized exercise program is based on each individual’s unique
skeletal relationships and is designed to assist with long-term biomechanical stability. It works to increase muscle
coordination and enhance the body’s ability to contract the muscles around the spine leading to greater system
stability. Long-term compliance with the KKE program helps to promote a neutral posture and increase muscle
strength, thus reducing the chance of further injury. Furthermore, since KKE programs are specially configured
to each individual, patients avoid potential damage from exercises that may be unsuitable for their particular
profile.
KKN NUTRIENT SUPPORT PROGRAM
Maintaining a holistic perspective to the body is critical for harmonization. The KKT Comprehensive Treatment
Program is designed to progressively migrate patients from the initial stages to the Harmonized Zone and KKN
nutrient supplements facilitate this process by helping to achieve, maintain and support optimum levels of health
and well-being. KKN is designed with absolute precision and care and ingredients and formulations are uniquely
crafted with the finest blends to aid in the recovery and harmonization of the body. Recommended daily
doses are determined by the patient’s KKT Physician and are based on the individual’s Medical and Diagnostic
Profile.
KKT IV VITAMIN SUPPORT PROGRAM
KKT®s IV Program is designed to provide the building blocks required by the body as it undergoes the delicate
rebuilding process through KKT. Many individuals lack the proper nutrient levels required to facilitate healing and
regeneration due to poor diet or existing health conditions such as diabetes or inflammation. KKT®s IV Program
helps to remedy this. A patient’s candidacy for the program and treatment schedule is determined by their KKT
Physician. KKT IV Program will be initiated upon the demand and need of the market and will be started upon
approval from KKT Pakistan.

The KKT spinal treatment device consists of an impulse delivery mechanism consisting of a stylus used to deliver
the waveforms of various frequencies and amplitudes both linearly and rotationally. These frequencies and
amplitudes are safe as indicated by the device approvals from FDA, Health Canada and the European
Commission. KKT®s unique design focuses on the upper cervical region without placing the body, nerves and
cervical arteries under stress. Currently, over 30,000 treatments have been administered till date and thousands
of patients are now living healthy lives through our treatment, care and international standards. Visit our website
www.kktpakistan.com to visualize the functioning of the KKT device on patient as well as for testimonials of our
valued patients.
For the full white paper on KKT Safety see Addendum “B”.
KKT EFFICACY
Current results show that KKT Pakistan is very instrumental at lowering spine related pain and does this in part
by re-aligning the axes of rotation of the joints in the spine and stimulating disk biosynthesis. We are currently
investigating other mechanisms of success including the central nervous system effects of gating pain pathways
using KKT technology.
R&D PLANS

6.0 MARKET ANALYSIS
TARGET MARKET

is not the only viable option for spine-related conditions and procedures currently available show limited efficacy
and shallow outcomes. Few therapies have been able to adequately address this need. No treatment to date
with credible scientific backing has ever been able to address such core spinal issues through non-invasive
procedures. Hence, making KKT Orthopedic Spine treatment an ideal and quick solution for millions of patients
suffering from excruciating pains and living a debilitating life style in Pakistan. The demand for KKT services is
driven by a complex and varied demographic group, each with its own special needs and associated conditions.
The unique characteristics of KKT Pakistan treatment are well positioned to address the healthcare requirements
of each of these target markets:
HEALTH CONSCIOUS – For individuals age 25 to 44, the willingness to experience advanced,
extraordinary therapies is a significant motivator for patients to seek out KKT Pakistan treatment. They
are more open to the opportunities of treatment which are effective in enabling them to treat the root
cause of their pain, allowing them to obtain optimum levels of health. This segment seeks sophistication
and values the openness of endorsing more advanced approaches in medicine. Pakistani citizens within
this particular range have extensively benefit from KKT Pakistan non-invasive process and healthcare
system. In fact, these age groups deserve a healthy life-style without the pains and anguish of surgery.
AGING POPULATION – A variety of health problems associated with the ¬body’s muscular, nervous,
and skeletal systems is the impetus for the majority of patients. During the mid to advanced stages of
a person’s life one begins to develop more health issues and many individuals desire to improve
their quality of life. This target market has special needs and requires advanced forms of treatment, which
resonate with their values of care.
PHYSICALLY ACTIVE – Today we see the weekend warriors as an even bigger segment of patients
requiring KKT care due to injuries sustained as a result of intermittent exercises and activities. Athletes
have their own set of neck and back conditions and issues with pain based on their age and activities.
Disk injuries, such as Spondylolisthesis, are just one example of conditions that athletes may face. One
of the biggest contributors to this condition is the repetitive stress to the spine that comes with sports
such as cricket, hockey, some exercises, weightlifting and football. The extreme conditions placed on the
body by engaging in these and other sports can result in premature wear and tear on the body.
OFFICE WORKERS AND COMPUTER USERS – Sitting in any one position day-in and day-out is a high
stress situation for the human body, which is designed to keep moving. These circumstances have
created a whole host of symptoms. Repeated tasks can cause a range of problems in the human body
caused by overuse of certain spinal regions and underuse in other spinal regions making us more prone
to injury. These workers are often part of the wellness market and industries are becoming more sensitive
to these conditions.
ARMED FORCES PERSONNEL – Physical and emotional stresses and loads along with the demands
of training and combat take a toll on the body. Many of the resulting conditions go unaddressed until
symptoms begin to present themselves. Such symptoms and resulting conditions often lead to
compromised concentration and performance.
16
Individual and corporate programs exist in some regions for segments of these markets and Licensees are
encouraged to consult the insurance carriers in their location to determine eligibility. Kindly visit our site
www.kktpakistan.com for patient testimonials. You will be delighted to listen to videos of professionals, mothers,
senior citizens and army personal that have successfully completed treatment and are now pursuing active life
styles.
In fact, many of the national team players have come to seek the non-invasive advantages of KKT and within
weeks of proper treatment be back at performing at national and international sporting events. KKT Pakistan is
proud to have served and healed national hockey players, cricket players and squash professionals. All these
star athletes have been able to get cured without surgery.

REVIEW OF NATIONAL MARKET POTENTIAL
Few studies have examined the incidence of medical conditions on a global scale; however, there are clear
similarities in the challenges facing medical practitioners, institutions and patients alike as they strive to address
common medical issues at the local and national level.
BACK PAIN – According to the World Health Organization chronic low back pain is the most expensive
condition in industrialized countries and the most common cause of activity limitation in persons younger
than 45 years of age. It occurs in similar proportions in all cultures, interferes with quality of life and work
performance and is the most common reason for medical consultations. Mechanical low back pain is one
of the most common complaints expressed to emergency physicians and accounts for more than 6 million
cases annually. As a health problem, back pain is the third most expensive disorder after heart disease
and cancer.
OSTEOARTHRITIS – Osteoarthritis is the most common joint disorder in the world. In Western
populations it is one of the most frequent causes of pain, loss of function and disability in adults.
Osteoarthritis occurs in the majority of people by 65 years of age and in about 80% of those over 75
years. Increasing life expectancy and aging populations are expected to make osteoarthritis the leading
cause of disability by the year 2020.
SPINAL STENOSIS – Approximately 250,000 to 500,000 people in Pakistan have symptoms of spinal
stenosis. This represents about 5 of every 1000 Pakistani older than 50 years. Current estimates indicate
that 40 million Pakistanis are older than 50 years. This number is estimated to grow by 10 million in the
next decade alone, suggesting that the prevalence of spinal stenosis will increase.
TINNITUS – According to The Tinnitus Association over 50million people have experienced tinnitus in
the world and an estimated 12 million people have tinnitus severe enough to warrant medical intervention.
WHIPLASH – Sudden jolts experienced in falls or from a motor vehicle accident resulting in a whiplash
mechanism of injury are one of the most common causes of neck injuries, with a total of almost 120,000
incidences reported annually. Factor in unreported cases and there are an estimated 1 million incidences
per year globally.
SPORTS INJURIES: Sports injuries are most common among Pakistani youth particularly in sports like
hockey, cricket and golf etc. While playing one runs the risk of twisting and an abrupt jerk in the
individuals movement leads to spinal asymmetry, wherein which the spinal alignment goes out, which
leads to acute back pain or later develop a chronic spinal disorder. This rotational misalignment is not
picked up by routine x-rays, which need KKT spinal evaluation and treatment to bring a player back to
his sport.

COMPETETIVE ANALYSIS
Given the unique nature of KKT’s Quantum sound wave-based treatment, there are no direct competitors to the
business in Pakistan. However, there are indirect treatment therapies which patients seek to remedy their spine
related conditions: These therapies include:
Orthopedic Surgery Acupuncture
Physiotherapy
Spinal Decompression/Traction Therapy
Chiropractic/Osteopathy
Drug Therapy
Massage Therapy
KKT Pakistan does not replace or replicate these alternative treatments. KKT®s core philosophical approach;
however, is to address the core underlying issues by correcting the functional distortions and dysfunctions, which
lead to discomfort and disease. It does this in a very measured and precise manner.
Although KKT Pakistan does not focus on the soft tissue, it does provide a secondary benefit to the soft tissues
where it assists in regenerative changes to the interspinous ligaments. The treatments noted above may be
utilized as adjunct or ancillary therapies, but it is recommended that this only occurs after properly addressing
structural distortions of the spine through KKT. In many instances these procedures may not be required after
the KKT treatment process and when they are, they would require a modified protocol.
7.0 MARKETING STRATEGIES
KKT CENTRE POSITIONING
KKT Centres are positioned as premiere spine clinics that offer the latest non-invasive technology and treatment
programs. Treatment takes place in a spa-like environment focused on superior patient care that will enable
patients to regain their quality of life. Treatment programs are individualized for each patient.
KKT technology utilizes state-of-the-art, advanced approaches to diagnostics and specifically designed
treatment protocols. We believe that spinal restoration and function is fundamental to a healthy and productive
life.
Positioning Elements

Advanced assessment and
diagnostic methodologies
Comprehensive approach to spinal
care
Exceptional customer service
19
Our goal is for KKT Pakistan Centres to be the healthcare providers of choice for individuals with spine and
neurological related conditions who want to regain their posture, structure and quality of life.
BRANDING
The KKT Pakistan brand has a physical (place/touch), physiological (non-invasive), performance (diagnostic,
medically placed outcomes), societal (impact of pain and disability/productivity) and emotional (personal
attention) dimension. Hence, KKT Pakistan brand elements have to be managed and developed on all
dimensions so that all elements resonate and reinforce each other. The KKT Pakistan brand personality can be
summarized as follows:
1. Technically advanced and internationally recognized as a market leader
2. Professional
3. Caring, exceptional experience
4. Sophisticated
5. Comprehensive
6. Safe, healing
7. Ethical, respectful and honest
8. Research-based
PRICING
Costs for a full treatment tailored to patients are market dependent and vary from 100,000 Pak Rupees to
200,000 Pak Rupees for the full comprehensive package dependent on the number of treatment sessions taken.
Centres must ensure the same cost structure in any one geographical jurisdiction in order to maintain
consistency. Once a patient graduates to the KKT Maintenance Program, costs for treatment are determined on
a visit-by-visit basis and start at 5,000 Pak Rupees per session and increase in price depending on the additional
services selected.
8.0 OPERATIONAL PLAN
FORM OF BUSINESS OWNERSHIP
The KKT Pakistan business model offers two very lucrative partnership options, depending on your experience
and overall business objectives:
REGIONAL DEVELOPER
As a Master Regional Developer you will act as the exclusive representative of KKT in your region to work with
independent contractors to assist in the development and servicing of KKT Centres. You will be allocated a
region based on your commitment to execute on an agreed number of outlets at present or in the future to
commence operation with the Master Franchise for your territory/region.
20
LICENSEE
Under a license agreement you will be granted the exclusive single license to operate a KKT Pakistan Centre
for the Spine utilizing KKT’s business method, format, system and trademarks. You will play a major role in the
operation’s success.
FINANCIAL INVESTMENT AND START-UP COSTS
The cost for setting up a complete KKT Pakistan Centre for the Spine includes direct and indirect costs including,
but not limited to: initial license fee, equipment cost, leasehold improvements, project and legal fees, moderate
marketing costs, etc. and is dependent on the commitment level for launching centres across a given territory. If
there is a financial commitment for multiple centres along with a full commitment to having a business
development team and volume assurances, then these variables are factored into the price. Start-up fees owing
to KKT Pakistan are based on the following:
• 25% up front on signing of a License Agreement;
• 50% prior to shipping of the initial equipment; and
• 25% on the day prior to the centre opening.
Licensees are also required to pay a monthly consulting fee based on gross billings.
SCALABLE BUSINESS MODEL
KKT’s core business model is designed on the premise of a 10 hour work day with a total of three KKT Physicians
(two treating and one consulting) working six days per work, 50 weeks per year. The revenue for KKT Centres
can be increased by extending business hours or adding additional physicians and KKT devices to increase
volume.
Based on the highlighted scenario above, a centre would be able to start with three doctors for the first 10 weeks.
At week 11 the consulting doctor would have 8.5 hrs. per day of patient appointments and the treating doctors
would have a total of 12.5 hrs. of patient appointments (combined). With the addition of the follow up
appointments (post 20 visit program) starting at approximately week 15, the centre would have each of the 2
KKT devices in operation a minimum of 9.5 hrs. per day by week 51. After this time, the clinic would need to add
an additional doctor in order to sustain the growth of the centre and maintain the 20 step treatment schedule.
ACTIVITIES AND TIME TO LAUNCH
The period between executing a License Agreement and the launch of a KKT International Centre for the Spine
is approximately five months. During this time the Licensee will be required to initiate and complete a number of
operational and regulatory requirements in order to ensure a successful launch. Some of these activities are
listed below:
21
LICENSEE REQUIREMENTS
KKT Pakistan Centre for the Spine Licensee candidates are evaluated based on business abilities and
experience, personal drive for success and financial strength. Previous licensee experience is a benefit, but not
a requirement since we place a high value on an individual’s or organization’s business acumen. Requirements
to open a KKT Centre include:
Financial capability to successfully launch a KKT Centre. Each city or region is classified on an index
basis.
Significant business experience and demonstrated ability to manage other business ventures
successfully together with an entrepreneurial attitude, creativity and the ability to make sound business
decisions.

ability to successfully execute KKT International operating procedures.
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer experience and the capability to effectively manage
an organization that recruits trains and motivates employees who are able to deliver exceptional customer
experience.
Good credit history as evidenced by prompt payment of all financial obligations.
English / Urdu language proficiency or regional language proficiency.
CITY PROFILE AND DENSITY SUPPORT
22
A city or town that has a population base of 500,000 with a mean per capita income of 30,000 Pak Rupees can
easily support a KKT Pakistan Centre. The KKT Pakistan Centre would be the highlighted treatment centre for
spine and chronic pain associated conditions. A high profile or high traffic location with ease of accessibility is
recommended. Flagship KKT Pakistan Centres will be profiled in noted locations to build latent demand through
associative image and marketing.
23
HEALTH AUTHORITY REQUIREMENTS
The Health Authority requirements for establishing KKT Pakistan Centres may vary according to province, city
or district. Parties interested in pursuing this business opportunity are required to secure the necessary
information. KKT Pakistan would assist its Franchise in getting any regulatory approvals if required.
LOCATION AND SPACE REQUIREMENTS
There are many facets to the overall KKT Pakistan patient experience. One of the most compelling and
instantaneous is the feeling invoked by a patient upon entering one of KKT Pakistan centres. Here they will
experience a fusion of leading-edge medical technology and superior customer service in an environment
second to none. KKT Centres offer a professional, spa-like environment which promotes relaxation and comfort
while encouraging the renewal of mind, body and spirit. Our centres offer a respite from the impersonal, sterile
environment often experienced in the traditional medical office and local hospitals.
KKT Pakistan Centres are designed using a common footprint and objective: to promote the standardization of
our international sites, while ensuring a consistent and replicable level of quality, appearance, and patient care.
Given the operational requirements to establish a fully-functioning KKT Centre, it is recommended that sites
secure a minimum of 3,500 sq. ft. or 325 m2 although sites can vary up to 10,000 sq. ft. to accommodate a full
complement of services. (For centres incorporating a separate VIP entrance and lounge, additional space will
be necessary). A facility of this size can accommodate the minimum two treatment rooms and deliver up to
15,000 treatments annually assuming a 9 to 11 hour work day.
The following are recommended minimum room requirements:
• Reception
• Patient Waiting room Assessment and Treatment room (2; 1 to start from)
• Doctor’s Office (3)
• Diagnostic room
• X-ray room

• Patient Relaxation Centre
• Expanded Exercise room
• Resource Centre
The following schematic outlines the proposed floor plan and room requirements for all KKT Centres.
24
25
HUMAN RESOURCE

therapeutic and diagnostic technology, comprehensive treatment protocols and superior patient care. When
looking to hire personnel to effectively execute KKT’s operational objectives, it is critical that centres seek out
individuals who are able to contribute to the company’s strengths, embody KKT’s core values and are
passionate about what they do. Centres should focus on building a core group of professionals who are able to
present themselves as ambassadors of the KKT Pakistan team and work collaboratively to meet the
organization’s goals and objectives.

WHITE PAPERON KKT SAFETY
*KKT mitigates concerns with neck treatments*
*KKT’s loading patterns are scientifically safe and the most beneficial known to date*
Introduction
The KKT spinal treatment device consists of an impulse delivery mechanism, which uses a stylusto deliver
wave forms of various frequencies and amplitudes, both linearly and rotationally. These loads, frequencies and
amplitudes are deemed safe according to the device approvals granted by the Food and Drug Administration,
Health Canada and the European Commission.
Sound Frequency (Load Pattern)Safety
Tissues of the spine and sociated musculature are sensitive to the effects of various loading patterns, which
include frequency, amplitude, and duration. KKT operates in the audible range of frequencies similar to classical
music. KKT purposefully functions with in the frequencies most beneficial to spinal tissues by using an amplitude
determined to stimulate the healing activation of cells responsible for vertebral disk structure and health. The
duration of the vibration that we treat with is also known to positively impact the spinal tissues in a similar
pattern. According to ISO2631, an international standard stating the limits of safe sound wave and vibration
exposure, the KKT device falls several orders of magnitude below the stated limits.
Cervical Vertebral Artery Safety
There are several anatomical regions with in the neck, most specifically, the vertebral arteries, which are
susceptible to injury. The vertebral arteries thread through holes or orifices of the vertebrae so that when
youmoveyourneckthearteriestwisttoconform.Ittakes30degreesofaxialneckrotationtoplace stress on the cervical
arteries increasing the risk of injury. Should a vascular compromise be present, the risk of vertebral artery
dissection is increased considerably. KKT’s unique design treats the upper cervical region without twisting or
turning the neck, thus eliminating the tension and reducing the risk of vertebral artery damage.
Over 20,000 KKT treatments are administered annually and KKT has a patient treatment operating record that
spans over five years with no recorded adverse events.
Force and Pressure Application Safety
Various human safety organizations such as NHTSA are concerned with impact of human injury and have
documented the in tolerable load levels of the human body. KKT‟s scientific and engineering team ensures that
we engrain safety features in to our design criteria and clinical applications and that we operate well within the
stated regulations.
In the worst cases scenario, the KKT device has a maximum operational force capability of less than 5lbs.
Should a patient move unexpectedly or a clinician accidently lower the stylus on to the patient incorrectly, the
maximum load averages less than 2.5lbs.The safety mechanism incorporated in the stylus design such that the
30
stylus will collapse and automatically turn the device off under this force. As expected, these forces fall well
below the stated guidelines.
Comparative Treatment Analysis While treatment loads from KKT average around 2lbs, typical neck manipulation performed by specialists from
various clinical disciplines places roughly15 to 25lbs. Further, KKT is non-invasive, meaning the
treatmentdoesnotpuncturetheskintoactivateneuromuscularstructures.Even the smallest skin break introduces
bacteria that place us at risk of infection. This is important to people with immunodeficiency disorders and
people who take medication that lower sors up presses the immune system.
Summary
Safety is an essential component of KKT design and operation. Extensive testing and analysis ensures that
any risk or threat of injury is effectively mitigating enabling the patient to benefit from the KKT treatment with
minimal concern for their safety or well-being.
