TESTING YOUR COMPUTER SETUP To test your audio and microphone, follow this simple approach: START CONTROL PANEL
Select “SOUNDS AND AUDIO DEVICES”

OR Select “SOUNDS, SPEECH AND AUDIO DEVICES”

Select the “VOICE” tab
Select “TEST HARDWARE”

The following window will show which hardware you have installed Click “NEXT”

After downloading of “TEST” follow the instructions.

DOWNLOAD JAVA RUNTIME ENVIRONMENT (JRE) VERSION 5.0 GO TO: http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp Click on the “FREE JAVA DOWNLOAD” option
Follow the next screen.

The pop up bar will appear on the top of the screen
Click on “Click her to install” on the pop up bar
A pop up window will appear that will ask you to install J2SE Runtime Environment Click on “Install”

Click on “Accept” button on the License Agreement
The following window will appear showing the installation status. The installation will take some time depending on your connection speed. Once done, a window will appear with “Installation Complete” option

Click on “FINISH” You have successfully downloaded the software and are ready to take the class

After Java is downloaded
Click on “ Verify Installation”

HOW TO SCHEDULE A SESSION
Login to your account using your User Name and Password
After login you will be taken to “ My Account” page

For scheduling a tutoring session, click on “Book Your Session” tab in “My Account” page. You can fill in your session details in the form. The Tutoring Session has to be atleast in 12 hours advance. You can see all the details about your booked tutoring session by clicking on “See All Future Sessions” tab in “My Account” page. You can see the details of already consumed sessions in “ See Past Session” tab in “My Account” page.

HOW TO ATTEND TUTORING SESSION You can attend the session in the following 2 ways: Alternative 1 Before the scheduled time of the tutoring session, you will receive a mail from 24hourstutor, which will contain a link to the class. Just click on the link & you will be directed to the class. The details of the mail are Sender: 24hours tutor Subject: “Meeting Invitation: Customer Care” or “Please join now, meeting in progress: Customer Care”. Alternative 2 Log onto your account. There is a window containing the “Today’s Sessions”. Click on the 'Attend class' tab in front of the class you wish to join.
When you click on the link provided in the mail or the 'Attend class' tab, you will be redirected to the following page

Enter your name and e-mail but DO NOT TYPE OR DELETE the meeting password, which would be already filled. For the first time users, the following screen will appear. Click on “CLICK HERE”

The following next screen will appear. Click on “RUN”
You will now enter your classroom where your teacher would be waiting for you.

HOW TO SUBSCRIBE (DEMO USERS) OR RENEW THE SUBSCRIPTION (REGULAR SUBSCRIBERS) In the “My Account” page, there is a box “Subscription”. Here you can subscribe for regular services (Demo Users) or renew your subscription by choosing your Grade, Subscription Scheme & Mentor Services. SUBSCRIPTION
FIRST TIME USERS You can go to “ REGISTER” tab on home page and can subscribe from there.

HOW TO ACCESS THE ARCHIVED SESSIONS We provide you the facility to see what you did in the previous sessions. Just log on & go to “See All Past Sessions”. Here you can see the information about your past tutoring sessions along with the material taught by the teacher.
