1.10 Vineyard Appellation: The Property is in the Paso Robles AVA (American Vit iculture Area) , located on Cal i fornia ’s Central Coast in San Luis Obispo County. The Paso Robles AVA covers roughly 24 square miles, 26,000 acres of vineyards, home to more than 180 wineries and contains a mult itude of microcl imates. The region holds the greatest diurnal temperature swing of any Cal i fornia wine region, with over 40 winegrape varietals.

1.11 Crop Contracts: To date, the majority of the 2018 crop is uncontracted, with exception of a few blocks (refer to Section 1.11 Crop Contract Summary, page 11). Crop contracts are subject to approval by al l wineries. The vineyard is currently owner-operated, and thus no farm management contracts exist on the Property.
1.12 Irrigation Water : The Carrasco Vineyards currently receive irr igation water from four onsite, agricultural wel ls. The Carousel and Vista Dorada (West & East) Ranches have 3 natural gas-powered motors and pumps. The Estancia Ranch has a 120 H.P. electr ic-powered well which provides irr igation water to the vineyard blocks. Al l v ineyard blocks are irr igated via drip irr igation system with inl ine, 0.5 GPM emitters set at 2 emitters per vine.
1.13 SGMA Basin: The Property is located in the State Groundwater Management Act (“SGMA”) Bul let in 118 Basin “3-004.06”.
