if there are any stairs or gates we MUST be notified or else extra charges will apply.
If you have a scheduled delivery or pickup time and we get there and no one is there
or we are asked to come back you WILL be charged another delivery or pickup charge.
Or if the rental items are not ready upon the scheduled time you will be charged.
