While three of the building’s less expansive units hit the market, the duplex penthouse was never officially listed, though it still managed to attract a wealthy buyer who remains to be revealed. e four-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom abode spans three levels and encompasses 5,603 square feet of interior space with another 3,240 square feet of impressive outdoor space. One of the most striking features within the residence is its glass and satin stainless steel spiral staircase, designed by Gabellini Sheppard Associates, that connects the various floors. Other notable details include wide plank oak flooring, a stone-framed fireplace, a sleek kitchen with a sliding island, and custom kitchen cabinets.
