Enrolling at TAFE

There are three key forms that need to be completed to enrol at TAFE:

• the Student Authority to Release Information

Form • the TAFE Student Personal Details Form • and the Authority to Invoice Form.

Enrolling at TAFE

The Student Authority to Release Information Form authorises TAFE Qld to provide updates on your progress, and completion over the next year to your employer, the Department of Education and Training.

Complete all parts you can. TAFE can create a TAFE student number for you and a Unique Student Identifier.

It is Important you read and sign the Student Declaration

TAFE Student Personal Details Form

If you are a new student to TAFE you will need to supply some identification. Your administration officer can sight and copy this identification and scan and send to us.

Authority to Invoice Form

As a condition of the funding for this program, a contribution cost of $300 is required.

Schools are encouraged to fund the program costs.

Please have a discussion with your School Principal about this and if the School is intending to pay provide the Principal with the Authority to Invoice Form and submit this with your application.
