The design of the three-day conference is focused on the “tracks” or themes, which are presented concur-rently on all three days of the conference as panel, paper or poster (interactive presentations) sessions. The10 tracks incorporate seven core tracks (marked with letters A-G), each representing durable and continuingareas of study and practice. The core tracks will be repeated from year to year.

SMS Book Series Every presenter should leave acopy of their paper at the SMS Conference Registra-tion Desk so it can be considered for the conferenceproceedings. The proceedings will contain onlyselected papers from the conference and will bepublished by John Wiley & Sons as part of theStrategic Management Society’s book series. Edito-rial selections will be made by Michael Hitt and thisyear’s Program Chair, Kevin Coyne.

No Smoking Policy: In consideration of all attend-ees, we request that there be no smoking during allsessions and seated functions. Smoking is permittedoutside by the pool and in the mezzanine foyer only.

SMS Polling: This is an opportunity to interact andbecome an active part of the conference. Fax messages can besent to the Business Center at 407-827-6369.

Speaker Ready Room will be provided for speakersto prepare for their presentations and will beequipped with an overhead projector and a 35mmslide viewer. The Speaker Ready Room will belocated in Edelweiss on the mezzanine level and willbe opened from 6:00-10:00 P.M. on Sunday; 7:00-6:00 P.M. on Monday and Tuesday; and 7:00-2:00P.M. on Wednesday.
