DaLong Cave (Longdong) Bao-an TempleLocated at the confluence of the Danshui and Keelung rivers, DaLong Cave (Longdong) developed very early. The center of worship here is Bao-an Temple, built in 1825. This is a large temple, and its construction was different; in addition, all of the wood and stone materials--and even the artisans--had to be brought over from mainland China. For these reason, the temple required a full quarter-century to complete.

Sanshia is a traditional country town located in northern Taiwan, easily accessible from Taipei.

It has become known in recent years mainly because of its Tzushr Temple, which is unique among all the Chinese temples of the world for the painstaking and time-consuming dedication to classical temple arts that is manifested in its modern reconstruction work.

Chiang Kai-shek Memorial HallChiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall is located in the heart of Taipei City. The area is 250,000 square meters and it is the attraction most visited by foreign tourists. The four sides of the structure are similar to those of the pyramids in Egypt. The garden is planted with red flowers. As a whole, the colors of blue, white and red express the National Flag and the spirit of freedom, equality and brotherhood.

WanhuaWanhua was Taipei's first district to undergo economic development, but also has many old buildings and cultural sites. The district can be divided into three sections: northern, central, and southern. The northern area, including Ximending, has become home to many shopping centers and is popular among the younger generation. Central Wanhua is known for its historical sites (like Longshan Temple), traditional shopping, and local snacks. Southern Wanhua is mainly a residential area with a wide city park.
