INTERPRETIVE WALKS JUNE 29, 9-10 AM | MEADOWBROOK PRESERVE | For Adults | Meet in parking area. JULY 13, 7-8 PM | HUDSON POINTE NATURE PRESERVE | For Families/Adults Meet in parking area. JULY 27, 8-9 AM | HUDSON POINTE NATURE PRESERVE | For Seniors | Beginning Birding Meet in parking area. AUGUST 10, 9-10 AM | RUSH POND WAY TRAIL | For Families/Adults Meet at north trail head (West Mountain Road & Gurney Lane). AUGUST 17, 8-9 PM | MEADOWBROOK PRESERVE | For Families/Adults | Moon Walk Meet in parking area. AUGUST 24, 9-10 AM | GURNEY LANE RECREATION AREA | For Families/Adults | Meet at pavilion. GOAL: Search for some of the wild things that call Queensbury “home.” May include: bird identification, bird calling, amphibian searches, and photography. PACE: Includes stopping and exploring. BE PREPARED! Wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes and bring drinking water. REGISTRATION: Phone or online registration is required. Please call the Department Office at 761-8216.
