• When you are ready to take the survey, click on the hyperlink in the email.
• You are taken to this page to log in.
• You will have to assess yourself in 21 areas.
• Each area contains a hyperlink that explains the 4 levels.
• After you have scored yourself and move to the next area, the explanation window will minimize.
• Just maximize it to see an explanation for the area you have chosen.

judge for yourself, you must decide for each area.• Educator Preparation and Development: See
the recommendation sheet if you need guidance on H-L.
• Admin and Support Services: You should seek guidance on P-Q from the recommendation sheet.
• Infrastructure: These are district elements that you do not control; see the recommendation sheet for choices R-V.
