Johns career in training development spans more than 15 years and includes
such high profile organizations as McDonald s Corporation, Boston Market,
Panera Bread and Ameristar Casinos.
John held several Executive Operational positions, most prominently runningStadium Hospitality operations.
As the only Master Trainer for McDonalds Corporate University, he led a team of
15 domestic and international professors that delivered curricula to over 5,000
managers, 1500 directors and 400 executives from around the world, each year.
Spending more than a decade at McDonalds Corporation as Director of Learning and Development for the Boston Market restaurant chain he created
corporate-wide strategies for management development, integrating instructor
lead and self directed training. John presented to audiences as large as 3,000
and as small as six.

KOLIAS
Vickie has over 12 years experience in training and development, projectadministration, leadership coaching, and employee assessment, and serves asa coach, trainer, and coordinator for Talent Blueprint and its clients. In addition,Vickie is proficient and skilled in creating media content and conceptual design.
Vickie spent a decade as a Corporate Training Resource Manager for AmeristarCasinos. At Ameristar she collaborated with training departments and strategicpartners to analyze needs of the organization, set training objectives, developmaterials, structure and validate courses and evaluate effectiveness of courses.Kolias tracked and analyzed training programs by examining learnerssatisfaction levels, proficiency testing and job performance and recommendedtraining opportunities for team members to assist them in achieving businessgoals and objectives.
Vickies experience, organizational and creative skills provide her with a uniqueperspective and keen ability to effectively communicate to a diverse and sidevariety of clientele.
