Stanton Chase Belgrade Talent Management Award

In 2014 the Stanton Chase Belgrade office inaugurated a Talent Management award to recognize those companies with superior talent management processes. In December of 2016 we handed out the award for the 3rd consecutive year.

The Award was created to raise awareness about the significance of the talent management processes in companies.

The process began by selecting companies from various industries which we recognized as those who invest a lot of effort and money in talent development. We targeted approximately 50 companies and contacted their General Managers and Human Resources Directors to take part.

Jury:

In order to provide the most objective approach, we invited managers and experts in this area as external members of the jury, along with our consultants, to select the winner.

• Mr. Aleksandar Ružević, General Manager of Coca-Cola Hellenic (winner of the first award)

• Miloš Tucaković, Managing Partner at Stanton Chase Belgrade
