No.ll(2)/HwMP/521/2018.—The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below have to be acquired for Highways purpose to wit Dry and Natham Patta for the construction of Bridge Over Uppanar at Gunduuppalavadi Village at cuddalore District and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Divisional Engineer (H) (construction & Maintenance), cuddalore after considering the cause shown by the owner (or) other person having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following Notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTIcE

Under sub - section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring to an extent of 3641Sq.mtrs of dry and Natham Patta to the same, a little more or less needed for the construction of Bridge Over Uppanar at Gunduuppalavadi Village in cuddalore District.

The Plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Cuddalore and may be inspected at any time during office hours.

Denotifying the Minor Port Manappad in Thoothukudi District withdrawing the provisions under the Act

No.II(2)/HwMP/523/2018.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Indian Ports Act, 1908 (central Act XV of 1908), in partial modification of Highways and Minor Ports Department Notification No.II(2)/HWMP/359/2009 published at pages 232 to 234 in Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 22nd July 2009, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby withdraws, the provisions of the said Act, with effect on and from the date of publication of this Notification, to the port specified in column(2) of the Schedule below and the limits of said port as specified in column(3) thereof and in the Schedule to the said Notification dated 22nd July, 2009,-

AND WHEREAS, the movable property specified in the Schedule to this order are alleged to have been procured by the said Financial Establishment from and out of the deposits collected from the depositors;

NOw, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes an ad-interim order attaching the movable property standing in the name of the properties of Messers.Sree Kuberan Emu Farms, No.39, KSR Building, Rayapuram Main Road, Tiruppur, as specified in the Schedule to this order and transfers the control over the said movable property to the competent Authority, namely, the competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Tiruppur District appointed under the said Act.

2. The competent Authority and District Revenue Officer, Tiruppur District, is requested to pursue further action in accordance with the procedure laid down in sub-sections (3) and (4) of Section 4 of the said Act and also the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Rules, 1997.

3. The Special Public Prosecutor, Special court for the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, coimbatore, is requested to render necessary assistance to the Competent Authority for filing the application before the said Special court, constituted under the said Act.

Explanations- (1) Dearness Allowance.- In addition to the minimum rates of basic wages fixed above, the employees shall be paid dearness allowance as indicated below:

(i) The dearness allowance is linked to the Average chennai city consumer Price Index for the year 2010 that is 161 points (with base 2001=100) and for every raise of one point over and above 161 points, an increase of Rs. 1.52 (Rupees one and paise fifty two only) per day shall be paid as dearness allowance.
