• Problem • TAMKO Sales Force required mobile access to Customer data to

make customer meetings more effective and avoid using printed

reports during meetings

• Original reporting solution used periodic data from BW and

involved many manual steps that had to be performed each month

• Objective • Provide a flexible reporting solution to the Sales Force via iPads

that can be executed on-demand.

• Reporting solution would include highly formatted reports targeted

to Corporate executives while also allowing Sales Force to drill into

the intricate detailed data

• Problem • TAMKO Plant Maintenance department required standardized reporting solution

across all plants to reduce machine/line downtime; improve compliance ratio and

there by improve productivity

• Current methodology was Reactive Maintenance based on information from

different systems including SAP ECC, SAP BW and legacy environments
