Tammy’s Vegetable Soup
1 28-oz can whole tomatoes, cut in half1 lb. frozen mixed vegetables
1 lb. frozen broccoli2 cans kidney beans
1 large onion, chopped4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 T basil1 T minced onion
3 not-beef cubes or garden veggie cubesAdd enough water to cover, and bring to a boil.
Turn down, and simmer for 25 minutes
