Exhibitor Instructions for Shipping Fresh Produce for Southern Exposure 2012

DiMare Fresh Tampa will once again be receiving all fresh produce items this year for Southern Exposure 2012. AGS Expo Services will be receiving any booth fixtures, display tables, boxes, etc. and all other booth items that are not considered fresh produce items.

Remember if it requires refrigeration it goes to DiMare Fresh, if it does not it goes to AGS Expo Services.

Below are the guidelines and instructions for shipping your fresh items to DiMare Fresh Tampa.

The exhibitor set up hours for 2012 are Friday March 2 from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Saturday March 3 from 6:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.

DiMare will receive your product between the following dates:

Wednesday February 22 through Wednesday February 29, 2012. Product received outside of these dates will not be accepted.

In the AGS exhibitor kit which will be mailed to all exhibitors will be labels for you to use to place on all cases of product that you are shipping to DiMare. Please be sure that each and every case has one of these labels attached. All boxes must be labeled and must have legible writing that includes your company name and booth number. The labels are color coded and are to be used as follows.

Yellow: Use the yellow labels if you would like the product delivered to your booth on Friday March 2 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

Green: Use the green labels if you would like you’re your product delivered to your booth on Friday March 2 between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Pink: Use the pinks labels if you do not wish to have any product delivered to your booth on Friday but want it delivered on Saturday March 3 starting at 6:00 a.m.

The following Produce Shipping Form must be sent via email or fax to DiMare Fresh prior to shipping your product. Do not ship any items to DiMare without sending this form. Failure to send this will result in your product not being loaded and shipped to the Tampa Convention Center.

Show management, acting on behalf of all exhibitors and in the best interest of the exposition, has appointedAGSExpoServicesastheofficialservicecontractortoperformandprovidenecessaryservicesand equipment.

Official service contractors are appointed to:Ensuretheorderlyandefficientinstallationandremovaloftheoverallexposition.a. Assure the distribution of labor to all exhibitors according to need.b. Providesufficientlabortosatisfytherequirementsofexhibitorsandfortheexpositionitself.c. See that the proper type and limits of insurance are enforced.d. AvoidanyconflictwithlocalUnionand/orexhibithallregulationsandrequirements.e.

Exceptions are:Supervision may be provided by the exhibitor.f. The exhibitor may appoint an exhibit installation contractor or display builder. g.

Official Service Contractor

The exhibitor must notify in writing show manage-1. ment and AGS Expo Services of the intention to utilize an independent contractor no later than 30 days prior tothefirstmove-indaybycompletingtheNotifica-tionofIntenttoUseNon-officialServiceContractorsForm contained in this Service Manual.

The exhibitor shall provide evidence that the Exhibi-2. tor Appointed Contractor (EAC) has a proper cer-tificateof insurancewithaminimumof$1,000,000liability coverage including property damage and Worker’s Compensation naming AGS Expo Servicesas additional insured to show management and AGS Expo Services no later than the deadline date listed for EACs.

The exhibitor agrees that they are ultimately respon-3. sible for all services in connection with their exhibit including freight, drayage, rentals and labor.

The EAC must have all business licenses, permits and 4. Worker’s Compensation Insurance required by thestate and city governments and the convention facil-ity management prior to commencing work and shall provide show management with evidence of compli-ance.

The EAC will share with AGS Expo Services all reason-5. able costs related to its operation including overtime to pay for stewards, restoration of exhibit space to its initial condition, etc.

The EAC will provide AGS with the names of all on-6. site employees who will be working on the exposition floorandseethattheyhaveandwearatalltimesnec-essary identificationbadgesasdeterminedby showmanagement or the facility.

The EAC must be able to provide evidence that it has 7. a valid authorization from the exhibitor for services. The Exhibitor Appointed Contractor may not solicit businessontheexhibitfloor.

The EACmust confine its operations to the exhibit8. area of its clients. No service desks, storage areas or other work facilities will be located anywhere in the building. The show aisles and public spaces are not a partoftheexhibitor’sboothspace.

The EAC shall provide if requested evidence to AGS 9. Expo Services that it possesses applicable and current labor contracts and must comply with all labor agree-ments and practices.

The EAC must not commit or allow to be committed 10. by persons in its employment any acts that could lead to work stoppages, strikes or labor problems.

Theexpositionfloor,aisles,loadingdocks,serviceand11. storageareaswillbeunderthecontroloftheofficialservice contractor, AGS Expo Services. The EAC must coordinate all of its activities with AGS Expo Services.

For services such as electrical, plumbing, telephone, 12. cleaning and drayage, no contractor other than the officialservicecontractorwillbeapproved.Thisregu-lation is necessary because of licensing, insurance and work done using equipment and facilities owned by parties other than the exhibitor. Exhibitors shall pro-vide only the material and equipment they own and to be used in their exhibit space.

Exhibitor appointed contractors (Eacs)

Exhibitors may employ the service of independent contractors to install and dismantle their exhibit, providing the exhibitor and the installation and dismantle contractor comply with the following requirements:

If your firm or agency requires a purchase or10. der to be is-sued for any services rendered, such purchase orders must accompany the order form(s). Government agencies please be advised.

Exhibitor/Third Party shall be responsible for any excise,11. property, sales or other taxes which may be levied or im-posedupontheexhibitor/thirdpartyasitrelatestodifferentstate and federal tax laws. In the event that the tax code changes after the publishing date of this service manual prior to or during an event, your invoice may be adjusted as re-quired by law.

Tax Exemption Status - If your company is ex12. empt from payment of sales tax, AGS requires you to forward an Exemp-tionCertificateforthestate inwhichtheservicesaretobeused.ResaleCertificatesarenotvalidunlessyouarere-billingthese charges to your customers.

All adjustments to exhibitor accounts specifi13. cally noted on invoices or statements will be credited back in the method with which the service was originally purchased within 15-30 days after the close of any event. Refunds to credit cards may take an additional period of time to post depending upon the credit card company. No adjustments will be made as a result of changes in currency rates.

Should balances remain unfulfilled, AGS Expo14. Services re-serves the right to institute collection action against all ex-hibitors/third parties in the event payment is not receivedwithin 20 days of the close of the event. Service charges of 1.5% per month or fraction thereof will be applied to the past due accounts; the annual rate per service charge is 18%. Feesassociatedwith insufficient fundsonpersonalorcom-pany checks will be added to your invoice.

ANon-SufficientFundsfeemaybeassessedtoanyaccountin15. whichacheckisreturnedasbeinginsufficientforpayment.

Allrefundslessthan$35mustbere16. quested by either the ex-hibiting company or related third party and will be refunded in the method in which it was remitted. As a result of certain remittance methods, fees and charges may apply.

It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to ad17. vise the AGS Expo Services on-site Service Center Representative of any prob-lems with any orders, and to check their invoice for accuracy prior to the close of the event. For all exhibitors, invoices will be placed in your booth during the event for your conve-nience. No credits for un-noted missing or incomplete or-ders will be issued after the exhibition closing.

Once services have been rendered and no problems or com-18. plaints have been made to the on-site AGS Expo Service Center Representative, exhibitor or third party agrees not to dispute authorized charges on credit card(s).

All orders cancelled by the exhibitor19. due to non-participation or cancellation of the event will be subject to cancellation fees equal to 50% - 100% of the total order. Please see spe-cificformsforcancellationfeedetails.

RULES AND REGULATIONS FORTAMPA, FLORIDA

To assist you in planning for your participation in this upcoming exposition, we are certain you will appreciate knowing in advance that labor isn’t required for your exhibit handling. To help you understand the show rules, we ask that you read the following:

EXHIBIT INSTALLATION AND DISMANTLING:

Full time employees of the exhibiting companies may set their own exhibits without assistance from AGS Expo Services labor. Any labor services that may be required beyond what your regular full time employees can provide must be rendered by the AGS Expo Services. Labor can be ordered in advance by returning the Display Labor form, or at show site, at the Service Center.

MATERIAL HANDLING:

Exhibitors may hand-carry their own materials into the exhibit facility. The use or rental of dollies, flat trucks and other mechanical equipment, however, is not permitted. AGS Expo Services will control access to the loading docks in order to provide for a safe and orderly move-in/out. Only full time employees of the exhibiting company will be allowed to hand-carry items. Unloading or reloading at the dock of any and all contracted carriers will be handled by AGS Expo Services.

TIPPING:

AGS Expo Services requests that exhibitors do not tip our employees. They are paid at an excellent wage scale denoting a professional status, and we feel that tipping is not necessary. This applies to all employees. Any request for such should be brought to the attention of an AGS representative at the service desk or correspondence may be directed to the attention of the General Manager at the office address.

SAFETY:

Standing on chairs, tables, or other rental furniture is prohibited. This furniture is not engineered to support your standing weight. AGS Expo Services cannot be responsible for injuries or falls caused by the improper use of this furniture. If assistance is required in assembling your booth, please order labor on the Display Labor order form and the necessary ladders and tools will be provided.

To reduce drayage costs related to labor, we recommend sending your goods all together in one shipment. Foreach100lbs.orfractionthereofpershipment,AGSsetsagraduatedflatratewitha200lb.minimum.It is important to carefully read the Material Handling section of this Exhibitor Service Manual. This section also outlines the overtime and forced freight policies.

Whenusingtheadvancewarehouse,allshipmentsmustarrivebythepredetermineddateandtimes.•This information can be found on the Material Handling Order Form, or in the Show Information section of this Exhibitor Service Manual.

Theadvanceshipmentdeadlinedateisalwaysoneweekpriortothefirstdayofexhibitormove-in.•

Avoid sending shipments after the advance warehouse deadline date. Though packages will be ac• cept-ed, your account will be charged an off-target fee and a separate delivery charge may be incurred.

Avoid sending small packages to the advanced warehouse. Each separate shipment is charged a • 200 lb. minimum at the Advanced Material Handling Rate regardless of size or weight. Observing this can cut your costs drastically.

Whensendingshipmentsdirecttoshowsite,ensurethateachpackagehasitspackingsliporshipping•bill indicating the number of pieces and weight. To ensure the accuracy of material handling charges, AGSmayweighshipmentsastheyarriveandcomparetheresultstotheBillofLading.Aweightticketwill be attached to the receiving paperwork for any shipments that are adjusted. On-site weighing may beacceptedasactualweightorshipmentsmayberefusedwithoutacertifiedweightticket.Insuchcases where on-site weighing is necessary, you may be assessed a fee for this service.

Items that arrive before the scheduled move-in times or during the show will be assessed an off • target fee or may fail to be accepted.

Many times shipments arrive piecemeal and require sorting. To avoid sorting fees related to bulk • con-signment carriers, try to send shipments together and avoid package carriers such as FedEx and UPS Package.

Shipment Pick-ups & Deliveries Drivers will be required to record their shipments at the Exhibit Site Check-In Area and then they will be directed to the proper freight door for loading and unloading. This includes access to any POV ramps.

Material Handling Order Form Please make sure to submit your Material Han-dling Order Form to AGS. This will ensure the proper handling of exhibit materials.

All shipments delivered to either the exhibit site or the advanced warehouse require a deliv-ery slip showing the number of pieces, weight and type of merchandise. Surcharges apply to all shipments that arrive without proper piece-countand/orweightticketinformation.Thisin-cludes bulk consignment carriers such as FedEx and UPS Package.

Drivers will be required to submit a CERTIFIEDWEIGHTTICKET when recording their shipment at the Exhibit SiteCheck-InArea.AGSExpoServicesreservestherighttorefusesuchshipmentsuntilacertifiedweightticket is presented.

NOTE:Shipmentsreceivedwithoutreceipts,freightbillsorspecifiedunitcountsonreceiptsorfreightbills(e.g.onelot,800cu.ft.,etc.)fromcarrierssuchasFedExorUPSPackage,willbedeliveredtotheexhibitor’sbooth without guarantee of piece-count or condition. Insurance (Cont.) Each event is different. As a result, certain facilities provide different levels of security for exhibitors and their materials. In most cases, security is arranged by the association or event management but is not always available during certain times of the event. Please take every precaution to secure items in your booth. During move-out, never leave packed materials in your booth unsupervised. AGS always requires exhibitor supervision of outbound packages to ensure their safe transfer.

Shipping Labels All packages must be clearly labeled with the appropriate address, booth number and consignment information. Please remember to remove all old labels from your shipping containers as this will ensure that there is no confusion over booth number, addresses or other erroneous information not related to this specificevent.

Crates & Material Packaging Ensure that your containers are properly maintained or replaced to prevent the damage of any internal items during shipping and handling. Please understand that all containers associated with shipping are considered protection and are therefore not covered if damaged during shipping and handling. These containers are designed to take external forces in order to protect their internal contents.

Advance Shipments to Warehouse - Services & Rates Advance shipments will be accepted at the AGS Expo Services advance warehouse and allowed up to 30 days storage if delivered by the deadline date provided in this Service Manual. These shipments should be consigned AGS Expo Services c/o ABF Freight System, Inc. and labeled with the appropriate event and booth number.

This service includes material unloading at the warehouse, storage up to 30 days, delivery to the exhibit site, unloadinganddeliverytotheexhibitor’sbooth,storageofemptycontainersduringtheevent,pick-upatthe close of the show, handling to the loading area and reloading on outbound truck(s). The ROUND TRIP RATE of $51.50 with a 200 lb. minimum applies for each 100 lbs. or fraction thereof per shipment.

Overtime Charges on Advance Shipments An overtime surcharge for shipments unloaded at the warehouse after 4:30 PM on weekdays, anytime on Saturday/Sunday/HolidayswillbeappliedbasedontheAdvanceShipmentRate,foreach100lbs.orfractionthereof per shipment. Additionally, when warehouse freight must be moved into the exhibit site on overtime duetoschedulingconflictsbeyondthecontrolofAGSExpoServices,overtimechargeswillbeapplied.Thischarge will be invoiced in addition to those rates on all shipments subject to overtime charges. The surcharge applicabletoovertimeshipmentsis$15.45with a 200 lb. minimum.

Off-Target Charges on Advance & Direct Shipments Shipments unloaded after the Advance Receiving Deadline Date or prior to Direct Receiving for exhibitor move-in will be subject a 30% off-targert service charge based on the Advance or Direct Shipment Rate (which ever applies), for each 100 lbs. or fraction thereof per shipment, unless the shipment was handled by theofficialcarrier.Chargesforoff-targetdeliverymethodsmayalsoapply.Suchoff-targetshipmentscannotbe guaranteed advance delivery to the show site.

Direct Shipments to Exhibit Site - Services & Rates Shipments for direct delivery to the exhibit site should be scheduled to arrive by the date and times set forth in the Shipping Information section of this Exhibitor Service Manual. Overtime Surcharges at Exhibit Site Overtime charges on inbound shipments will be in effect if: a vehicle checks-in at the Exhibit Site Check-In Areaafter4:30PMonweekdaysoranytimeonSaturday/Sunday/Holidays.

Overtime charges on outbound shipments will be in effect if:

1. Your shipment is loaded after 4:30 PM on the day the exhibit closes.

2. Your carrier checks-in at the Exhibit Site Check-In Area after 4:30 PM on weekdays or anytime on Saturday/Sunday/Holidays.

3.Additionally,whenfreightmustbemovedoutoftheexhibitsiteonovertimeduetoschedulingconflictbeyond the control of AGS Expo Services, overtime charges will be applied. An overtime surcharge based on the exhibit site rates for each 100 lbs. or fraction thereof per shipment will be invoiced in addition to those rates on all shipments.

Overtime charges at the exhibit site subject to overtime rates: for each 100 lbs. or fraction thereof per shipment, the rate is $14.57 with a 200 lb. minimum.

Special Handling - Shipments or Equipment Requiring Special Handling Thisclassificationappliestobutisnotlimitedtomovingvanshipmentsorshipmentsbyanytruckswhichbecauseoftheirtruckbedheightcannotbeunloadedatthedocksand/ortheshipmentispackedinsucha manner as to require special handling (i.e. loose display parts, uncrated equipment, etc.) regardless of thekindofcarrierorvehicleusedand/orthedescriptionoftheshipmentissuchthatthetypeofmaterialsor equipment cannot be determined (e.g. 1 lot; many assorted pieces, etc.). This also includes shipments delivered by carriers such as FedEx, UPS Package and other parcel style carriers with bulk consignment.

Materialswillbeunloadedfrommovingvans,exhibitor’struckortrucksofothercarriersattheexhibitsite;deliveredtotheexhibitor’sbooth;storedasemptycontainersduringtheevent;picked-upatthecloseofevent; moved to the loading area; and reloaded on trucks.

The rate of $72.80 with a 200 lb. minimum applies for each 100 lbs. or fraction thereof per shipment.

NOTE: In the event crated materials are combined in a shipment with materials packed in such a man-ner as to require special handling (see above), AGS Expo Services will invoice such shipments at the rates applicabletotheclassificationofthematerials,PROVIDEDtheBillofLadingclearly identifiestheweightofthecratedmaterialsandtheweightoftheothermaterials.IftheBillofLadingdoesNOTidentifytheweightsofthevariousclassifications,theentireshipmentwillbeinvoicedattheSpecialHandlingRateandwill not be subject to adjustment.

Small Package Rates (Cont.) cartons and other non-crated items that have a total maximum weight of 30 lbs. per shipment, per delivery, per day, by the same carrier. This includes FedEx and UPS Package shipments. Materialswillbeunloadedfromthedockortrucks,attheexhibitsite;deliveredtotheexhibitor’sbooth;stored as empty containers during the event; picked-up at the close of the event; moved to the loading area; and reloaded on trucks.

The ROUND TRIP RATE applies for small packages per total shipment weighing 30 lbs. or a fraction thereof where the first carton is $40.00 and each subsequent carton is $10.00. If the total weight of the shipment exceeds 30 lbs, the shipment will be charged a 200 lb. minimum at the above Material Handling Rates depending upon time of arrival and other policies surrounding its receipt (i.e. special handling). A 15% surcharge will be applied on all items delivered without documentation or by carriers such as FedEx, UPS Package and other parcel style carriers with bulk consignment.

Premium Return Services AGS offers Premium Return Service for material handling storage at this event. This service includes all classifications ofmaterial handling storage listed in thisMaterialHandling Information&Rates section.This service will provide priority return of stored materials at the close of the event. All materials labeled forPremiumReturnServicewillbeguaranteedfirstreturn.Thisservicehaslimitedavailabilityandisbasedon storage capacity of the event venue. This is not an alternative to material handling. Material handling services must be established prior to ordering this service. The fee for this premium service to return all empty storage containers at the close of show is $125.00.

Outgoing Shipments To assist you in setting-up your outgoing shipments, AGS Expo Services will have a shipping desk located at theAGSServiceCenterwherelabels,BillsofLadingandshippinginformationwillbeavailable.

Forced Freight Policy At the close of the show, if carriers fail to pick-up or refuse to accept shipments, or no disposition is provided by the exhibitor AGS Expo Services reserves the right to re-route such shipments or materials may be dreyed back to a warehouse pending instruction from the exhibitor. Service fees will be applied. AGS is not responsible for the assignment of fees or charges associated with forced freight reroutes. No liability will be assumed as a result of such re-routing or handling.

AGS Expo Services and its subcontractors shall not 1. be responsible for damage to uncrated materials, materials improperly packed, glass breakage or concealed damage.

Relative to inbound shipments, there may be a 2. lapse of time between the delivery of shipment(s) to the booth by AGS Expo Services or its sub-contractors and the arrival of the exhibitor’srepresentative at the booth. Similarly, relative to outgoing shipment(s), it is possible that there may be a lapse of time between the comple-tion of packing and the actual pick-up of ma-terials from the booth for loading onto a car-rier. It is understood that during such times the shipment(s) will be left in the booth unattended. Therefore, it is agreed that AGS Expo Services and its subcontractors are not responsible for the loss ordisappearanceofexhibitor’smaterialsaftersaidmaterialshavebeendeliveredtoexhibitor’sboothnor is AGS Expo Services and its subcontractors re-sponsibleforexhibitor’smaterialsbeforetheyarepicked-upfromtheexhibitor’sboothforloadingafter the show. Consequently, all Bills of Ladingcovering outgoing shipment(s) submitted to AGS Expo Services or its subcontractors by exhibitor will be checked at the time of pick-up from the booth and corrected where discrepancies exist.

AGS Expo Services and its subcontractors shall not 3. be held liable for any damage incurred during the handling of equipment requiring special devices to properly load, place or reload unless advance notice has been given to AGS Expo Services in time to obtain the proper equipment.

AGS Expo Services and its subcontractors shall not 4. be responsible for loss, delay or damage due to strikes, lockouts or work stoppages of any kind.

AGS Expo Services and its subcontractors shall not 5. be responsible for ordinary wear and tear in han-dling of equipment nor for loss or damage due to fire, theft, windstorm, water, vandalism, actsof God, mysterious disappearance or other causes beyond their control.

It is understood that AGS Expo Services and its 6. subcontractors are not insurers. Insurance, if any, shall be obtained by the exhibitor. Amounts pay-able by AGS Expo Services hereunder are based on the scope of the liability as herein set forth andareunrelatedtothevalueof theexhibitor’sproperty. It is further understood and agreed that AGS Expo Services and its subcontractors do not provide full liability should loss or damage occur. It is agreed that if AGS Expo Services or its sub-contractors should be found liable for loss or dam-agetoexhibitor’sequipment,theliabilityshallbelimited to the specificarticle thatwasphysicallylost or damaged. Such liability shall be limited to asumequalto$.30perpound,perarticle,withamaximumliabilityof$50.00peritemor$1,000.00per shipment, whichever is less, as agreed upon damages and exclusive remedy. Provisions of this paragraph shall apply if loss or damage, regard-less of cause or origin, results directly or indirectly to property through performance or non-perfor-mance of obligations imposed by the offering of services to exhibitors or from negligence, active or otherwise, by AGS Expo Services, its subcontrac-tors or their employees.

AGS Expo Services and its subcontractors shall not 7. be liable to any extent whatsoever for any actual, potentialorassumedlossofprofitsorrevenuesorfor any collateral costs that may result from any lossordamagetoexhibitor’smaterialswhichmaymake it impossible or impractical to exhibit same.

Claims for loss or damage must be submitted to 8. AGS Expo Services by the close of the show. No suit or action shall be brought against AGS Expo Services or its subcontractors beyond one year af-ter the cause of action.

The exhibitor agrees in connection with the re-9. ceipt, handling, temporary storage and reload-ing of its materials that AGS Expo Services and its subcontractors will provide these services as ex-hibitor’sagentandnotasbaileeorshipper.Ifanyemployee of AGS Expo Services or its subcontrac-torsshallsignadeliveryreceipt,BillofLadingorother document, we agree that AGS Expo Services or its subcontractorwill do so as the exhibitor’sagent and the exhibitor accepts the responsibility thereof.

AGS Expo Services and its subcontractors shall 10. not be liable for shipments received without re-ceipts,freightbillsorspecifiedunitcountsonre-ceipts or freight bills such as FedEx or UPS Pack-age. Such shipments will be delivered to booth without guarantee of piece-count or condition.

Empty container labels will be available at the 11. AGSServiceCenter.Affixingthelabelsisthesoleresponsibility of the exhibitor or its representa-tive. It is understood that these labels are used for EMPTY STORAGE ONLY and AGS Expo Services and its subcontractors assume no responsibility for loss or damage to contents while containers are in storage nor for mislabeled containers.

In order to expedite removal of materials from 12. the show site, AGS Expo Services shall have the authority to change designated carriers if such carriersdonotpick-upontime.Wherenodispo-sition is made by the exhibitor, materials will be taken to awarehouse to await exhibitor’s ship-ping instructions and the exhibitor agrees to be responsible for payment of charges relating to such handling at the warehouse. AGS Expo Ser-vices assumes no liability as a result of such re-routing or handling.

The exhibitor agrees in the event of a dispute 13. with AGS Expo Services or its subcontractors relative to any loss or damage to any of our ma-terials or equipment that the exhibitor will not withhold payment in any amount due to AGS Expo Services for material handling services or any other services provided by AGS Expo Ser-vices or its subcontractors as an offset against the amount of the alleged loss or damage. In-stead, the Exhibitor agrees to pay AGS Expo Ser-vices prior to the close of the show for all such charges and further agrees that any claim the exhibitor may have against AGS Expo Services or its subcontractors shall be pursued indepen-dently by the exhibitor as a completely separate transaction to be resolved on its own merits.

The consignment or delivery of a shipment to AGS 14. Expo Services or its subcontractors by an exhibitor or by any shipper on behalf of the exhibitor shall be construed as an acceptance by such exhibitor (and/orother shipper)of the termsandcondi-tions set forth in Sections 1 through 13 above.

AGS Expo Services and its subcontractors are 15. not insurers of you nor your property and will not assume responsibility for loss, injury or damage where the direct cause of the loss, in-jury or damage is unknown or indeterminable.

Be sure your materials are insured from the16. time they leave your company until they are returned after the show. It is suggested that ex-hibitors arrange all-risk coverage. This can usu-ally be done by adding riders to existing policies.

5. MATERIAL & LABOR: Outlets will be located at the rear of the booth. Labor and material required to place outlets in a location other than the back of the booth will be charged a minimum of one hour at the hourly rate. Minimum of 1hr charged for installation for booths with extensive power needs. To determine power requirements, check the UL listing on the back of all equipment. All island booths and all 208V require a minimum of 1-hour labor and a scaled floor plan.

Electrical Regulations for Temporary Wiring of Booths and Exhibits 1. Electricity will be turned on 30 minutes prior to show opening and turned off within 30 minutes after show closes. 2. All motors over 3 horsepower MUST have magnetic starters and disconnecting switch furnished by exhibitor. 3. No exhibitor shall make any electrical installation, nor shall he make any electrical connection of any appliance or equipment to the building

electrical system. Wall, column and permanent building utility outlets are not part of booth space and are not to be used by exhibitors, unless specified otherwise. Surge Protectors are recommended for computers and other sensitive equipment.

4. All electrical connections to the building electrical system or extension thereto shall be made by the electrical contractor and/or building electricians.

5. Extensions to the building electrical system shall be made by three-wire flexible cord, Type SO or equal, in lengths so arranged that there will be no more than one coil, 2 feet in diameter, of excess cord. No single lighting circuit shall exceed 2,000 watts at 120 volts. Exhibits requiring larger lighting connection must be wired with its own fuse or circuit breaker panel, capable of receiving 120-208 volt three wire feed.

6. No cord shall be run across any space where subject to traffic, unless the cord is encased in a protective cover, specifically approved for the purpose. It is the exhibitor responsibility to tape down cords or incur labor charges to ensure public safety.

7. The TCC is authorized to cut floor coverings to permit installation of service, unless otherwise directed. 8. Termination of extensions to the building electrical system shall be in assemblies specifically approved for the purpose by the Electrical

Inspection Section. 9. All electrical equipment or appliance connected to the building electrical system or extension thereto in booths or displays shall be: (1) listed

and labeled by a Nationally Recognized Standard Testing Laboratory, (2) specifically approved by the Electrical Inspection Section, and (3) all equipment must be properly tagged and wired with complete information as to type of current, voltage, phase, cycle, horsepower, etc.

10. No electrical equipment shall be attached to or supported from booth dividers. 11. Permanently installed wiring on all booths or displays shall be encased in an approved metal raceway. Where flexibility is necessary, such

as between booth sections and at connection points to the building electrical system or supply points. Type SO cord or equal, in lengths not to exceed six feet, equipped with approved attachment plugs may utilized. Special built displays must have electrical wiring accessible for inspection and trouble shooting at all times. They must be accessible from side or rear and not solidly built in.

12. All splices and terminations shall be made in an approved metal enclosure. 13. There shall be no exposed live metal parts. 14. All flexible cords shall be three wires, Type SO or equal, unless such cord is a component part of an assembly, which is specifically

approved. No two wire extension cords are allowed. 15. All Exposed, non-current carrying metal parts of the electrical installation shall be effectively grounded. 16. No electrical equipment or appliances, which under normal operating conditions attain a surface temperature in excess of 90 degrees C or

194 F, shall be mounted on or supported from any combustible material, unless separated therefrom by a substantial non-combustiblematerial.

17. Lighting fixtures or other appliances or equipment equipped with other then Type SO cord its equal will be accepted, provided the complete assembly, including the cord, is listed and labeled by a National Recognized Standard Testing Laboratory.

18. Use of open clip sockets, latex or lamp cord wire, duplex or triplex attachment plugs in exhibits is prohibited. 19. The exhibitor is responsible for all electrical equipment and is totally responsible for any liability involving the same. 20. Motors over ¾ horsepower must have a switch with overload protection or fuse protection. 21. Before show breaks on the final day, stop your machinery in dismantling position, as power cannot be turned on again. In addition, this will

help to avert any possible personal injury. 22. The City/TCC will not be responsible for voltage fluctuations or power failure.

General Information 1. At the close of the event, all water and air lines will be shut off. 2. Services are rendered during show hours only. 24-hour plumbing service can be provided if ordered a minimum

of 7 days in advance at two times the rate of service ordered. 3. It is necessary that orders be received AT LEAST 14 DAYS PRIOR to opening of show to assure installation in

time for opening. Not all booths are located next to a water, drain or air line, please contact Show Management for a booth assignment next to one of these locations.

4. TCC technicians will NOT be responsible for moisture or water in airline. Exhibitor should supply own filter or other equipment to handle moisture or water. TCC technicians should have 14 DAYS NOTICE, if we are to supply special regulators or filters on a rental basis only. If pressure is critical, exhibitor should arrange to have a pressure regulator valve installed.

5. All plumbing and air service will be located at the rear of the booth. Labor and material required to relocate service will be charged a minimum of one hour at the hourly rate. Additional connections are charged on a time and material basis. Air outlets will be terminated in ½” female pipe thread with shut-off valve. Connections more than 20 ft. require additional air lines.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancellation of services MUST be received in writing a minimum of 14 days prior to the first show day to receive a full refund, less a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be given for services installed and not used. TheCenter will not refund overpayment, except sales tax, in amounts less than $15.00; unless specifically requested in writing. There will be a $25 service charge on all returned checks.

4. PAYMENT POLICY - 100% payment (in U.S. currency ONLY) must accompany each order. Company, certified, or cashiers check payable to the City of Tampa/Tampa Convention Center.
