This manual is for you to understand how to manage your brand. There is really not much to it, just some basic guidelines.
So,Don’t worry!
The Logo
This section basically deals with the logo and its minor specficities. It also explains, in short as to why this logo and gives you a basic insight into the ‘how to’ of its applications.

C: 40 M: 65Y: 90K: 35
C: 15M: 100Y: 90K: 23
The Colors
The Guides
Please note, these are just guidelines for the proportions of the logo. There are various repurcussions when the logo is scaled down.
The Symbol
More than the logo, this mark will represent the company. It must act as a label for all the products the company produces. Eventually, just the color combination will act as symbol.
Typeface/Font
These are the only typefaces that the brand and its collaterals must contain inorder to maintain a consistent design/brand language.
Times New Roman
The logotype is a customized typeface.
Gujarati Sangam
Devanagiri Sangam
Please Remember
These might be very minute and small measures, but it is for the sole caretaking of your brand. It doesn’t require much effort, just a little bit of your attention.
Softwares
The logos that are created are always in a vector form. But one common mistake is to open these files with photoshop. Always open these files in Illustrator to avoid any unnecessary damage.
Enlarging the size of the the logo
shift
This a very common mistake which occurs in the collaterals of many local brands. If there is any need to increase the size of the logo, always press shift and drag from any of the corners. After achieing the appropriate size, place the vector image in place.
The Sticker
The sticker will be used on the packaging of the products. It is basically inorder to display all the ‘necessary’ and ‘mandatory’ information any packaged food product must contain.

Option 1300 GSMSome paperSame as Visiting card
Option 2Sticker paperNon-Glossy
There are two options- The first one is without an adhesive. This needs to be inserted in a fully packed and later on sealed mukhwas packet. This is ergonomically viable only if the mukh-was is relatively dry. So the label can also be used as a contact reference. The other one is simply a sticker to be stuck onto the packaging. The one reason why the sticker is in a smaller size is because it cant fit exactly 16 of them on an A4 size sheet.
The Billbook
I know, ‘Why design the billbook?’ Well, one- it is to maintain the design language of the brand and two- it is mainly for the shopkeepers’/retail-ers’ convenience.

Visiting Cards need to be printed in bulk at once. The only time one needs to bother about this is either at the beginning of the business or when the store location has changed or if the cards go out of stock. Just show the previous page to the paper vendor or the printer guys and they will understand what you need.
Letterhead
The concept of Letterheads in this ‘internet-age’ might be obsolete, but it is one of the essentials to the collaterals. And there certain etiquettes to follow when it comes to letter writing.

The billbook is of the regular billbook size that is avalable in the market and it can be custom-ized at a minimal cost. I had the option of using aruled page but that would seem inconvenient to the shopkeepers wile they write in a hurry.

These guides will make it more than easier for you to compose your corporate letters.
These are the limits for the left and right margins. This is also where the textbox for the recepient adress starts.
This is where the textbox must start and end.
This is for the window of the envelope.
These are the guides to fold the envelope into three parts. There are guides at the back too.Make sure you fold the bottom inwards and then the top outwards.
Envelope
The envelope would be used to enclose the letterhead. Again, the reason I am specifying these minute details is only so that the design language of the brand is well maintained.

The envelopes must have a window at that particular position so that the name and adress on the letterhead is easily visible and so that it doesn’t need to be printed or written on the envelope again. The yellow border around the window is to be printed on the envelope itself. The rear side of the envelope is to be sealed with a sticker with a strong adhesive.
