Introduction In order to save your time, and in order provide depth and quick understanding about the last 13 years of my career, the following information will be provided for each of the professional experiences: 1. Tanween is part of by Barwa group and an affiliate of Qatari Diar, and partially owned by thefirst investor bank. Barwa and Qatari Diar are both Governmental Master Developer whoundertake strategic mega developments.

Informally, Tanween regarded as the development management arm of Barwa.

Motor City is 1 sqKm development to house a regionaldestination for car trades and motor related sports andactivities. The development intended to include Carshowrooms, auction house, car storage including High-endcars storage, hotel and motel, workshops and spare parts,accommodation, offices, retail and governmental complex.

The sports facilities intended to include two race trucks, atesting track, go carting, extreme sports and other motorand sports activities.

Tanween was engaged by Barwa to undertake thedevelopment management of motor city.

Total project BUA is circa 135,000 Sqm, and Total Development Cost is confidential.

Development's Lifecycle involved:

Main Duties:

� Preparation of Tanween fee proposal to Barwa and scope of work.� Preparation of scope of work and tender for specific market research.� Limited HBU (limited because the use already decided by government, the HBU concentrated on

office, retail and hospitality components).� Site due diligence.� Feasibility and financials.� Structuring (including possible engagement options between Barwa and the Government of

Qatar).� Preparation of the master plan design competition.� Supervise and provide advise on the tender of design competition.� Analysis and recommendations of the design competition.� Presentation to HE Barwa’s Chairman and other governmental officials.

Muscat Central is a JV development between Tanween and AlDaud Sons International and National Real EstateDevelopment company .

Muscat Central is mixed use development in strategicallyselected plot in Muscat that aims to include: offices,residential, retail, hotel and serviced apartments.

I left Tanween when the project is at the design consultant’stender stage.

Total project GFA is circa 80,000 Sqm, total plot area is 11,176 Sqm and Total Development Costis confidential.

Economic Zones company (Manateq) is a shareholding companyestablished by the Minister of Business and Trade of the State of Qatar.Chaired by His Excellency Sheikh Ahmed Bin Jassim Al Thani, Minister ofEconomy and Commerce, it is an autonomous government company andpart of the Qatar Authority for SMEs. With an authorized capital of QAR 5billion, Manateq's key task is to develop and operate projects andeconomic zones that will offer world-class infrastructure that supportsvarious economic sectors, with focus on industry (www.manateq.qa) .

As part of its mandate, Manateq was mandated to provide solution forthe increasing warehousing and storage situation in Qatar.

Three lands were designated by the Government with total area of 1.7 m Sqm, and Tanween wastasked by Manateq to undertake the study for these lands.

6) Barwa’s Confidential Development (1) – Doha – Qatar

This development is intended on a plot in Doha with a sizeof circa 315,000 Sqm, and intended in two phases, where asphase one will include a residential complex (210,000 SqmBUA), a hospital ( 36,000 Sqm BUA) and international school( 36,000 Sqm BUA).

Phase two intended to include: kids rides, multipurposeactivity buildings (similar to Dubai cultural village), artcenter, offices, retail, and big box stores.
