1. Student shall select one principal subject out of three subjects selected at S. Y. B. Sc. level.
2. The Examination pattern will be as per Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhari North Maharashtra University
rules for each semester. The pattern will be 60+40 marks (60 marks for University Assessment and 40
marks for College Assessment).
3. For each principal subject there will be six theory papers and three practical papers per semester.
4. Principal subjects available:
a. Grant Basis : Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Botany, Zoology, Electronics
b. Non Grant Basis : Computer Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology.
M. Sc. (Master of Science) (Semester System): 1. Two year Course.

Time to Time change in Fees will be mandatory for the student as per rules of Govt of Maharashtra and KBCNMU, Jalgaon. Eligibility Criteria: Only eligible candidate is admitted to the respective Class/Course according to the eligibility conditions laid down by North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon. 1. Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.):
a) Candidate must have passed 10+2 H.S.C. Exam. of Maharashtra State or its equivalent examination of any other statutory board or University with the subject English and any three Science subjects out of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Geography and Geology shall be eligible for F.Y.B.Sc. (Also eligible Candidate who passed Urdu medium but criteria is same above.)
b) Diploma in Engineering and Pharmacy from MSBTE or its equivalent. c) A candidate must have passed 10+2 examination with English form Science stream and D.Ed. Course. d) A candidate who has passed any Professional Degree or Diploma Course and passed XIIth Std. from
Science stream is eligible for F. Y. B. Sc. e) For F. Y. B. Sc. Computer, a candidate must have passed (10+2) H.S.C. Science exam from Maharashtra
State Secondary and Higher Secondary Board or its equivalent with English, Maths and Physics. f) HSC Vocational (MCVC) Course: Candidate passed (10+2) H.S.C. MCVC examination may be
considered eligible for admission to F. Y. B. Sc. and have a choice of subjects Physics, Electronics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology.
g) Diploma in Engineering from Maharashtra Technical Board or its equivalent is eligible for S. Y. B. Sc. However, it may please be noted that the said student could not take subject of B- Group.
2. M. Sc. : Candidate must have passed Three Years Bachelor’s Degree Examination in Science Faculty from a recognized statutory university with subjects studied at FY/SY/TY level. The admission process is centralized and conducted by NMU.
3. Admission Regarding External Student’s: The candidate registered by other Universities/Boards as an External/Private student shall not be allowed to join college for next subsequent higher class/semester.

The students who have passed 12th std. examination of Maharashtra State Board, by filling Form No. 17 are eligible for admission to any course. However, eligibility criteria will be same as mentioned above. The students who have passed the F.Y/S.Y. examination in any faculty as external / private student are not eligible for any higher class admission.
Admission Procedure 1) The student seeking admission at First Year (UG & PG) have to register online on college
admission software. The online link is available on college website – www.dnmfaizpur.org in admission link. This registration is compulsory.
2) For admission to First Year Classes (UG and PG) eligibility form, original mark sheet of qualifying examination, Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate, Migration Certificate (for change of Board / University / State) are necessary.
3) Admission will not be confirmed unless eligibility is approved by NMU. 4) For admission to SY and TY Classes attested photocopy of mark sheet of the previous examinations is
necessary. 5) The students seeking admission to SY and TY classes form other colleges within jurisdiction of NMU
must produce Transfer Certificate, College change Form, Online Transfer Certificate from previous college. Besides this, attested photocopy of mark sheet of the previous examination is necessary.
6) For Readmission: Prescribed readmission form, Transfer Certificate, Original Mark sheet of the previous examination, Online Transfer Certificate (for college change only), Gap Certificate if any are necessary.
7) For change of faculty: Prescribed readmission form, Change of Faculty form, Transfer Certificate, Original Mark sheet of the previous examination, Online Transfer Certificate (for college change only), Gap Certificate if any are necessary.
8) After admission the students can be allowed to change the offered subject / faculty by the authorities only on payment of Rs. 100/-. The last date for such change will be notified on the notice board.
Certificates Required Along with Admission and Eligibility Form: • Every student seeking admission to any Graduate or Post Graduate Course of North Maharashtra
University for the First Time is required to obtain eligibility from university. Student has to apply in
prescribed form and pay the required amount of fee.
• Student who passed out 10+2 Higher Secondary Examination form Maharashtra State, is required to
submit following certificates in original along with two attested photocopy of each:
1. LC/TC/ (LC/TC will be kept to colleges)
2. Statement of Marks of qualifying examinations.
3. Cast Certificate for student who belongs to SC/ST/VJNT/OBC/SBC.
4. Aadhaar Card Photocopy.
5. Latest Gap Certificate (if applicable)
6. Copy of admission letter issued by Admission Authority in case of Centralized Admission Process
by the NMU (For M. Sc. only).
7. Passing Certificate (For M.Sc. Only).
• Students migrating from the jurisdiction of another University / Board, the following certificates in
original along with attested photocopy of each shall be attached to the application form along with the

National Services Scheme (N. S. S. ) : N. S. S. programme is run by the college. Every year 220 students are
registered. Students are excepted to dedicate 120 hours for social work and attend the camp organized in
the schedule of the year. Certificates are awarded to students who satisfactorily comply the attendance
norms.
National Cadet Corps (N.C.C.) : The unit of National Cadet Corps of the college has 53 enrollment capacity
which comes under the administration of 18 MAH Bn. NCC., Jalgaon. It focuses on the military training to the
students for avail the opportunities entering into Arm Forces. Its chief motto is to imbibe the values of
discipline and unity among the students. Through NCC activity the students have the benefits of a number
of adventurous activities along with camps such as Annual Training Camp, National Integration Camp,
Trekking Camp, Mountaineering Camp, Thal Sainik Camp, Republic Day Camp etc. The students can get
benefits of a number of scholarship, CWS Scholarship, Sahara Scholarship etc. NCC has an unique
opportunity to develop multidimensional personality and make a bright career in various fields such as

Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University Nashik : Following courses are run by the college centre of the Open University- 1) B.A. 2) B. Com., 3) B.C.A. (Bachelor of Computer Application), 4) MBA i. Students who have admitted in the N. M. U. or other University are also eligible to take admission to
any graduation programme of YCMOU. ii. The B. C. A. Courses is totally job oriented course. Department of Psychology (Counseling Centre) :
1) Measurement of Level of Aspiration. 2) Emotional Intelligence 3) Personality Measurement.
Grahak Sahakari Bhandar : College runs a consumers shop for the staff and the students. Text Books, Reference Books, Prospectus, Identity Cards, stationary, laboratory journals and articles of daily use are made available in the store. Student Activities: Education tours, Art circle, Lectures by some eminent orators, Debating, Elocution, Planning Forum, Yuvati Sabha, Drama Festival, Science Association, Youth Parliament, Vivek Vahini and many timely activities suggested by the university are consistently organized by the college. Career Oriented Courses : Objective: The objective of the Career Oriented Courses / Programme is to introduce career and market-oriented, skill enhancing add-on courses that have utility for job, self-employment and empowerment of the students. At the end of three years, the students will be equipped with a Certificate / Diploma / Advanced Diploma in a add-on orientation course along with a conventional degree in Science / Arts / Commerce. This is a flexible system of certificate / diploma / advanced diploma programme, which run parallel to the conventional B.A., B.Com., and B.Sc. degrees. We offer a wide range of career –oriented subjects in various related areas of Science, Arts, and Commerce. These courses are inter-disciplinary nature. For instance, a student pursuing a B.Sc. could side by side pursue a course in Certificate Course in Indian Constitution and Democratic Process, run by Political Science department.
