Sound is being used as a weapon in targeting.
What are they telling us here? Sonic and ultrasonic weapons (USW) are
weapons of various types that use sound to injure, incapacitate, or kill an
opponent. Some sonic weapons are currently in limited use or in research and
development by military and police forces. Some of these weapons have been
described as sonic bullets, sonic grenades, sonic mines, or sonic cannons. Some
make a focused beam of sound or ultrasound; some make an area field of sound.
I want to share some info. from Camille who has had sound weapons used on
her in targeting, she wrote:
I am a targeted individual who found out about you through a FFCHS Newsletter. I have been a targeted individual since August/September 2008 and have suffered from Directed Energy Weapons (DEW)/Sound Assaults, Pounding noises on the walls and floors of my apartment from neighbors participating in the harassment and who are set up around me, military aircraft flying over me wherever I go people following me when I go into stores, computer surveillance/tampering and issues with my cell phone. I have not been a part of church because the churches I attended participated in the harassment. This turned me off from the church community for a very long time where I didn't trust any church. The targeters have especially managed to target me through my work-at-home job. I was living in New York when the targeting began back in 2008. I moved to Dallas, TX in May of this year (2015) and believe the targeting may be worse, in many ways. It is definitely highly organized in terms of the assaults. I am currently living in an apartment complex and the targeting has included everything from tampering with hot/cold water, messing with my plumbing, tampering with electricity (i.e. shutting off my appliances/radio), continuous tampering with my internet servers, emails and being unable to access websites periodically. I also experience the banging/pounding noises on the walls/floors from neighbors set up around me, especially when I am working from home, and experience the DEW and the sound assaults preventing me from sleeping, praying and reading my Bible. One of the televangelist witches ran the church she was talking about. So it was an apostate church or rather one of satan’s churches. They did not like that she pointed out some of the things that they were doing weren’t right. So they began to target her. Ephesians 2:2 - Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience: satan knows about the frequencies. He understands how to use them as weapons. Those that serve him are using them against everyone else. The apostate mega churches are using this against their congregations.

It has been reported that "sonic attacks" may have taken place in Cuba in 2016
and 2017, leading to health problems, including hearing loss, in US and Canadian
government employees at the US and Canadian embassies in Havana. Facts
concerning the alleged attacks would seem to violate the laws of physics, and it
has been suggested that they are in fact an example of mass psychogenic illness.
Cuban investigators have reportedly dismissed claims that sonic weapons have
been used against American diplomats, describing them as "science fiction".
**Notice if a lot of people start pin pointing what is going on they just say it was
mass hysteria or that everyone is delusional.** Nothing to see here but a bunch

For electronic surveillance purposes electrical activity in the speech center of the brain can be translated into the subject’s verbal thoughts. RNM (remote neural monitoring) can send encoded signals to the brain’s auditory cortex thus allowing audio communication direct to the brain (bypassing the ears). NSA operatives can use this to covertly debilitate subjects by simulating auditory hallucinations (hearing voices) characteristic of paranoid schizophrenia. (((We just heard this in the video the lady shared with us. Where they are using the V2K to make people seem crazy and get tagged as schizophrenic and stuffed away in a mental institution. These are a lot of the same ones we here on the news that said they heard voices telling them to kill etc.))) “God told me to do it” etc.
Without any contact with the subject, Remote Neural Monitoring can map out electrical activity from the visual cortex of a subject’s brain and show images from the subject’s brain on a video monitor. *They can see what you see. Retrieving the frequencies from you so that they can look at what you are looking at remotely.* NSA operatives see what the surveillance subject’s eyes are seeing. Visual memory can also be seen. RNM can send images direct to the visual cortex. bypassing the eyes and optic nerves. NSA operatives can use this to surreptitiously put images in a surveillance subject’s brain while they are in R.E.M. sleep for brain-programming purposes.

Because God protects and speaks to His children during the night, now we see satan
trying to do the same thing. So he is coming to those that are his that don’t have the
mind of Christ, which means they have no protection against satan, and he is implanting
his instructions in them as they sleep during the night. Putting his visions and dreams
and instructions into them. Example: go kill this person, or shoot up a church, quit your
job, start a fight, cheat on your wife etc.
There has been a Signals Intelligence network in the U.S. since the 1940’s. The NSA, Ft. Meade has in place a vast two-way wireless RNM system which is used to track subjects and non-invasively monitor audio-visual information in their brain. This is all done with no physical contact with the subject.
You better believe you are being watched and listened to. RNM is the ultimate method of surveillance and domestic intelligence.
Speech and 3D sound, and subliminal audio can be sent to the auditory cortex of the subject’s brain (bypassing the ears) and images can be sent into the visual cortex. RNM can alter a subject’s perceptions, moods, and motor control.

But they are doing it this way as well with no technology and being miles or countries or across the world apart. RNM allows for a complete audio-visual brain-to-brain link or brain-to-computer link.

You wake up and have this urge to kill someone and you believe the voice is God’s - that’s when you “test the spirits” and know God is against killing. So you say, I don’t receive that in Jesus’ name because God’s Word says “Thou shalt not kill.”
This modulated information can be put into the brain at varying intensities from subliminal (affecting a person’s mind without them being aware of it) to perceptible.
Each person’s brain has a unique set of bioelectric resonance/entrainment frequencies. Sending audio information to a person’s brain at the frequency of another person’s auditory cortex would result in that audio information not being perceived.

satan and his fallen angels are working openly with our governments and
militaries. These are not humans, but spirit beings. satan is influencing and
manipulating, controlling those that serve and follow him and we are in a spiritual
battle.
