A resolution establishing a Harford County TrafficSafety Task Force to review and makerecommendations concerning policies andstrategies for the implementation of a roadwaysafety plan; to provide for greater traffic safety andsecurity of the traveling public; to appoint certainpersons to serve on the Task Force; including the

duty to submit an interim and final report with itsfinding and recommendations on or before certaindates; and generally relating to the Harford CountyTraffic Safety Task Force.
