What We Did

The main challenge was scaling up the website as some functionalities were not in-built due to an out-dated CMS solution

The changes in frontend took a longer time as the UI was clunky and not responsive enough

The design was sub-par. The website had non-scalable components with old information and unwanted codes not updated in the past 3 years

Information architecture was very complex and hence it was difficult to link 3rd party applications

With the bounce rate going high and visitors’ time on page going down, to further the business

trajectory the website had to go through a complete revamp. Our approach was to make TCL website

fast, scalable, metric driven and intuitive with a personalised experience by implementing Adobe

Experience Manager. We took it a notch higher by implementing Adobe Analytics & Adobe Target, using
