ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE (RSA) SUMMARY

The service is designed to take care of the vehicle and customers

worries in an unfortunate event of the vehicle meeting with accidentor a breakdown

buying new Tata AIG Auto "ecure policy or at the time of renewal

In the event insured 0ehicle is immobili1ed due to a flat tyre2 you

will get the assistance of a vehicle technician to replace the flat

tyre with the spare stepney tyre of the 0ehicle at the location of

breakdown

In case the spare tyre is not available in the insured 0ehicle2 the

flat tyre will be taken to the nearest flat tyre repair shop for

repairs 3 re%attached to the 0ehicle

All incidental charges for transporting the tyre to the repair shop

and its repair cost shall be borne by you

In the event insured 0ehicle is immobili1ed2 due to rundown

battery2 you will get the assistance of a 0ehicle technician to

4ump start the 0ehicle with appropriate means

If the run down battery has to be replaced with a new battery2

the cost of such battery replacement and any costs to obtain

the battery will be borne by you

All costs involved in charging of the run down battery will also

be borne by you

Repair on ,e spoIn the event insured 0ehicle breaks down due to a minor

mechanical ( electrical fault making it immobile and immediate

repair on the spot is deemed possible2 you will get the assistance

of a vehicle technician for repairing the breakdown at the

location of breakdownCost of -aterial 3 "pare Parts2 if re5uired2 to repair the vehicle

on the spot and any other incidental conveyance to obtain such

material 3 spare parts will be borne by you

If the keys of the insured vehicle are locked inside the vehicle2 lost2

or misplaced2 and in case you need and re5uest to arrange for

another set from your place of residence or office by courier to the

location of the vehicle

6ou may be re5uested to submit an identity proof at the time ofdelivery of the keys Alternatively2 at your re5uest2 you will be

assisted by a car technician to attempt to open the car with

normally available tools at the location of the event Identity proof

for matching with car ownership information on record will be

re5uired prior to attempting this service

In the event insured 0ehicle suffers an immobili1ing break down

due to a mechanical or electrical fault which cannot be repaired

on the spot2 you will get the assistance in towing the vehicle to

the nearest garage2 using the best available towing mechanism2

within a radius of 78 'm from the location of the breakdown

In case the towing distance e.ceeds the mentioned limit2 you

will be informed of the e.pected additional costs2 which will

need to be paid by you to the vendor at vendors actual rates

In the event insured 0ehicle suffers an immobili1ing break down

due to an accident2 you will get the assistance in towing the

vehicle to the nearest garage2 using the appropriate towing

mechanism within a radius of 78 'm from the location of the

breakdown

In case the towing distance e.ceeds the mentioned limit2 you

will be informed of the e.pected additional costs2 which will

need to be paid by you at the vendors actual rates

immobili1ed2 you will get the assistance of emergency fuel *up to

8 ltrs on a chargeable basis, at the location of breakdown

under our policy your urgent messages will be relayed to a person

of your choice

breakdown2 outside the municipal(corporation limits of your

home city2 and the vehicle cannot be repaired the same day2 you

will get the assistance for arrangement of alternate mode of

organi1ing for /otel accommodation near the location of the

event

5i!/ *p o% repaired #e,i!&eIn the event insured 0ehicle suffers an immobili1ing

breakdown(accident which is outside the limits of your home

city2 and the vehicle is towed to the nearest garage which

determines that the vehicle cannot be repaired the same day2

you will get the assistance to pick the vehicle from the location ofincident and transport it to the desired location by providing

driver facility service after the vehicle is fully repaired

The cost of driver shall be borne by you
