Tavern Limited licenses are only available within the Downtown Centennial Plan area. A Tavern Limited license authorizes the sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises of a business that is: a) a themed establishment such as a restaurant which may have outdoor seating; or b) an establishment that provides live entertainment at least two nighs per week. To be considered for a Tavern Limited License the applicant must submit a written description of the entertainment or themed elements of the venue.
Request for Themed Establishment Written description required of each themed element - three (3) elements required for consideration. A themed establishment is designed and operated to evoke a particular culture, historical or fictional period that represents such a unique theme through one or more of the following attributes:
Theme
Activity
Music
Ambiance
Decor
Signage
Cuisine
Specialty Drink Offerings
Costuming
Entertainment
