All W-K-M DynaSeal 310 ball valves feature a

recessed seat protected by a metal shoulder. This uniquedeep metal seat pocket encapsulates the sealing surfaceof the ball and seat, protecting the seat against abrasivesand cold flow. As the seat wears, the metal shoulder

creates a secondary seal against the ball until mainte-nance can be performed.

W-K-M offers a wide selection of seat materialsincluding stellite for extremely demanding services suchas Digester Blow.

310D Low Emission StemThe single piece unibody stem design and

extended stuffing box make the 310D excellentfor services where emissions are a concern. Thestem area is sealed above and below the packingbox. The deep packing area in turn is packed withmultiple Chevron or jam packing to further mini-mize emissions. Packing can also be adjustedexternally while the 310D ball valve is in service.

STEM SEALThe DEMCO butterfly stem seal design
