What is a Security Token
• A device that can identify who you are to a computer system or software.
• It’s like an access badge but much more secure.
• It’s your access key to logon to the ECFS system.
What does a Security Token Do?
• Holds your ECFS Certificate.• Identifies to you to the ECFS system.• Logs you into the ECFS system• Allows access to the TCCDLA PC located
in the Justice Center.
How Do I Get a Security Token?
• Fill out an application and submit it along with your payment to Bill Ray.
• A Token will then be mailed to you.• An email will be sent to you with
instruction on the use of your token.
How Do Use the Security Token?
• Install the software according to the installation instruction mailed along with the token.
• Insert the Token in a USB port• Browse to the ECFS web site• Key in the PIN number to your Token• Double click the Certificate Name
Licensing of Token Software?
• Each PC that will be used with a Security Token will need to have a the Axis software package loaded on it.
• Each License of the Axis software can only be loaded on a single PC.
