You will receive an email from TD Ameritrade that contains important information about activating your stock plan account. To get started, click the “Activate Account” link in that email. You can also visit the Equity360 homepage and click on the “Activate Now” button or the “Activate Your Account” link in the top menu.

Step 1: Start activation process

Enter ticker symbol, date of birth, and Participant ID (provided by employer).

Don’t have your Participant ID? No problem! Simply enter the last four digits of SSN and zip code.

Click “Get Started.”

Ensure that all pre-filled contact information is correct, including email address.

Review the TD Ameritrade Privacy Statement.

Enter employment status and financial information.

Confirm affiliations and select cash sweep option.

Click “Continue to review information.”

Note: This is Know Your Client (KYC)/AML information required to open an Equity360 account. FINRA and U.S. Patriot Act regulations apply.

Confirm W-9 certification and client agreement.

Once complete, select “Continue.”
