THE BIGGER PICTURE

Our ‘The Bigger Picture’ provides an excellentteamwork and communication forum for the entiregroup. Drawing on the delegates’ conceptual andspatial talents, this high-quality, fun exerciserequires small teams to work independently tocollectively recreate a work of art – or bespokedesign to your specification – from limitedinformation. Each team is then given a miniaturisedpiece of the artwork from which they will producetheir contribution to the finished project. This eventis ideal for clients looking to incorporate a specificmessage.

CHALLENGE 100

Challenge 100 puts teams to the test to win asmany of the 100 points available before the end!Challenges are designed for the highestparticipation and includes 5 different interactivezones.Who will have the highest creative flair in thecreative zone and who will flourish in the sportszone? Other zones include ‘Childs Play’ and‘Sensory’ activities. The room will be instantlyenergised as teams rush to the central scoringstation to hand in their completed games cards asquickly as possible.

Certainly a unique and alternative event, ‘IceCarving' is a great talking point for any conference ormeeting. Our Ice Carving event has guests buzzingwith excitement and enthusiasm. Our professional icecarving instructors will demonstrate and guideparticipants through the skills and techniquesrequired to create their very own ice sculpture. Thisevent is great fun, as everyone is encouraged to takepart and take pride in their magnificent work! As anoptional extra we can personalise the sculpture foryour event and add an extra element of excitement.

COCKTAILMASTERCLASS

Team Tactics' ‘Cocktail Masterclass’ is afriendly, entertaining and enjoyable cocktailmaking event that can be organised foralmost any kind of corporate event,particularly prior to dinner. We have varioustypes of events to tickle your fancy withstylish venues available in Central London.Our expert mixologist will take gueststhrough their paces teaching them how tomake three delicious cocktails.

THE HAKA

Our traditional, authentic Maori tribesmen willmake a dramatic entrance to your event andperform the Haka to the delight of your guests!This traditional and ancient Maori Tribal danceworks well as a powerful conference energiser,team building activity or purely to have some funover the course of a dinner! The participationbrings people together and gives them a sharedexperience, all the while having incredible fun.Guests will also have the opportunity to don Maoriwar paint. Our tribesmen have even been involvedin the Invictus Games amongst other impressiveevents.

DRUM UP THE FUN

Drumming is a powerful team building toolbecause when it works, the effect is immediate;everyone can feel it and hear it. Our ‘Drum up theFun’ event is infectious – people just can’t helpbut getting involved! Participants’ will experienceexotic instruments such as the pounding surdo'sof Brazil, doumbeks from ancient Egypt, andashiko's from the jungles of Africa. Drumming isfun, but also promotes good team dynamics,improves communication and offers a bit ofhealthy competition.

Led by a team member who has performed in theWest End version of Stomp, our Junk Funk eventis the famous marriage of street dance andurban percussion, fresh from the streets of NewYork. ONE VOICE

Welcome to the land of harmony! Participantswork together to produce spine-tingling results inthis exciting workshop based on the TV show LastChoir Standing. Groups will enjoy a workshop ofharmonies and lyrics to a well-known song andexperience the thrills and spills of working with aprofessional vocal coach and using a PA system. Afabulously uplifting energiser, ideal as part of aconference, teams will be challenged, energisedand left with a huge sense of achievement. Aprofessional sound engineer can record thisactivity onto a CD or DVD for participants!

ROBOT WARS

Prepare for the battle of your life! Competitors are welcomed by our Robot Wars host and expertroboteer – a former UK Robot Wars Champion and BBC Robot Wars consultant for the latestRobot Wars series. After an insight into the structure of the Robots it is up to you to worktogether to construct the machines before adding some stylish customisation. Will you create amean-looking machine or lure your rivals into a false sense of security with something cute andfluffy-looking? It's then time to enter the arena where battle commences...

TEAM CUBEAs seen on TV, Team Cube is based on the excitinggame show concept with an excellent teambuilding twist. Based on the idea that evenstraightforward tasks become extremelychallenging when confined and put under pressureinside an enclosed area whilst surrounded by alarge audience. Teams must enter the visual anddramatic team building experience of 'Team Cube'.The event boasts The Host, The Voice and TheBody, complete with gameshow lighting and a3mx3m inflatable Cube. Contestants work inteams to face a series of nail-biting challenges. There are head to head team 'Cube Challenges'where teams can win entry to the Cube fornominated members of their team and win allimportant Aides; Swap a contestant, Pass, Simplify,or take a Trial Run, but use these wisely. Join us in a central London wine bar and treat your taste-buds to a luxurious chocolate and cocktailmaking workshop. This is the ultimate experience for chocoholics with the opportunity to createyour very own Belgian chocolate truffles with vanilla, raspberry and praline ganache. Our expertChocolatier will guide you through everything there is to know in the world of truffle makingincluding mouthwatering recipes.

Team Tactics are constantly delivering unique events for optimum enjoyment and we know achocolate making event will always impress. Treat your team with a welcome glass of prosecco anddouble dipped chocolate strawberries on arrival. Our mixologists will teach an interactive cocktailmaking session to create three delicious cocktails to conclude an enjoyable three hour workshop.

Imagine everything you could do with yourhands and then add rubber! ‘Clap Happy’ is afast, furious and fabulously fun event that issuitable for either a conference add on orenergiser. Clap Happy raises the group’s energylevels, leaving everyone on a high, making itperfect for a quick pick me up! Each delegatefinds a bright coloured pair of washing up glovestaped under their seat, the different colouredgloves relate to the different rhythms clapped,tapped and slapped, in this great motivator.

GLOBAL MUSIC EXPERIENCE

Our ultimate musical event! This is a high-impact interactive event that focuses on bringingpeople together, motivating them, and sharing an experience they will never forget. Usinginspiration from places such as Brazil, Africa, New Zealand, Japan and Asia we will stretch theircreative thinking to capacity. Teams will rotate through 3 or 4 Global Music Zones. Each zonerepresents a fusion of drumming, costume, percussion and dance and movement. This event flowsfrom area to area and builds till we lift the roof off in an unforgettable finale performance. Includedwith this event are two professional facilitators per zone, as well as the Haka performers and vocalcoaches. Team Tactics can also arrange for area to be themed to enhance participants’ experience.

BOOMWHACKERS‘Boomwhackers’ is a fantastic team building eventor conference add-on that is bound to keep yourdelegates on their toes as it allows participants towork together towards a ‘concerto ofphilharmonic proportions’. Everyone has abrightly coloured, tuned ‘Boomwhacker’, thatwhen struck, produces a note. Building towards afinale where the piece of music is performed, ourgroup must listen, react and ensure that all theright notes/colours are played together at theright time to create the music of your company. Asan optional extra we can arrange for our CrazyConductor (complete with tailcoat and white bowtie) to conduct the event.

Our Circus Skills workshop is a superb team buildingactivity which enables teams to work together tocreate an acrobatic balance or show! Learn a rangeof skills including a human pyramid, stilt walking andtrapeze. This activity is available as either a half or afull day event and is suitable for groups of eightparticipants or more. Workshops can be run at oursuperb Central London venue or as a mobile event ata suitable venue anywhere in the UK. ANIMATION NATION

Create your own animation classic similar tofavourites such as Wallace and Gromit andMorph with our exciting Animation Nationevent! Using industry-standard equipment andguided by experienced professionals, includingone of the animators from the Wallace andGromit film Curse of the Were-Rabbit, teams willbe taken through the process of creating theirown plasticine characters and bringing them tolife through the magic of animation. Eachparticipant also keeps their creation at the endof the event! The animation can be made just forfun or even as a resource to communicate yourcompany’s values such as a promotional featurefor your website!

Be a part of the ultimate group performance as a tribute to the King of Pop! Participants willmove through two zones. First our resident Pop Choreographer will take them through theirzombie paces as they learn the moves to the Thriller dance. Next, our creative CostumeDesigner/Make Up Artist will teach your group how to create that perfect and scary zombie look.It's then on to your final performance. Playing in a rock band is something most peopleonly ever dream about; now with the TeamTactics 'School of Rock' anyone can live the dream!Absolutely no musical experience is required inorder to take part, and even the most musicallychallenged will be surprised by what can beachieved. OUTDOORTEAM BUILDINGTeam Tactics aim is to provide “something different” for all our outdoor team building events.Planning a memorable outdoor event takes creativity and meticulous event management ofwhich we have over 21 years' experience, plus the professionalism to make sure the event is astaggering success!

Our outdoor events range from exhilarating motor sports activities, hilarious treasure hunts andour extremely entertaining It's A Knockout event. Our activity co-ordinators and eventmanagement team will ensure every aspect is a success: with preparation, outdoor events can beenjoyed throughout the year, in all seasons.

Of particular note is our innovative and exciting range of treasure hunts. They offer maximumflexibility and can be conveniently based for our clients, whether it’s run from their offices,favourite restaurant, local pub or nearby hotel. We provide event management throughout thetreasure hunt, as well as equipment and prizes for the winning team. Perhaps our most nostalgicoutdoor event is our Crystal Maze Challenge based on the renowned 90's TV show.

THE CRYSTAL MAZE CHALLENGE

Based on the popular ‘90’s game show, our flagship Crystal Maze is one of our most interactiveteambuilding events. Hosted by our very own Richard O’ Brien, in teams you will compete againsteach other in an exhilarating mix of activities, dashing between the Aztec, Medieval, Industrialand Futuristic zones.

Teams will be tested in a fun and thrilling range of mental, skill, physical and mystery challengesthat if successful will give the team the best chance to obtain the most golden tickets. As seen onTV will yield a crystal and precious seconds of time inside the crystal dome. At this frenzied finishto the day, the top teams do battle and collect as many gold tickets as possible in our giantinflatable dome, the one with the most gold are crowned the winners.

An Indoor Crystal Maze Challenge is also available with an equally as exciting experience justwith smaller equipment and a slightly small dome. Perfect for the winter months!

Hosted by our very own Mr Monopoly and teamcostumes for landlords and traders this isguaranteed to be the talk of the office for weeksafter the event itself! Giant irons, wheelbarrows,ships and boots will divide your group into teamsbefore getting stuck into the 90 minute fast pacedchallenge to dominate the board. An added twistto this iconic game is the mix of team buildingchallenges which stand in your way holding ontothe vital giant Monopoly money.

That’s a Knockout emulates the classic BBCshow using some of the actual equipmentfrom the show! A fantastically fun andthrilling event, teams compete using colourfulinflatables, costumes, props, water (optional)and plenty of bubbles! What is fantastic aboutthis event is all members of the teamparticipate, whether they’re in costume or, forinstance, trying to pull the rug from undertheir competitors giant feet, making thewhole experience highly entertaining.Suitable for guests of all ages and fitnesslevels, That’s a Knockout is safely run byprofessionals.

4x4 LAND ROVERDRIVING

Serious driving. Serious fun! This is anunforgettable event, suitable for staffentertaining and as a corporate event and oftencombined with our multi activity day events. Aswell as taking on near impossible slopes andconquering tricky courses, event guestswill also take part in our blindfold driving.Communication is vital to success with blindfolddriving. 4x4 driving is often not suitable fordriving on site at hotels, however Kent, Surreyand Warwickshire offer superb 4x4 courses.

MOTOR SPORTSWe have several different modes of motorisedtransport to choose from! Guests can choose todrive old favourites such as quad bikes, off-roaddirt buggies, or the hovercraft. Alternativelythere’s several options allowing guests to trysomething a bit different. Segway racing isbecoming increasingly popular and is anincredibly fun activity as guests lean and turntheir way around our course. Or try motorisedmayhem at its most hilarious in our Powerturncars! Capable of spinning 360° on its own axis,the Powerturns are one or two man, two-wheeldrive vehicles powered by twin engines andsteered by varying the throttle or brake oneither of the engines. Effective communicationis a must in order to steer this car!

MULTI ACTIVITY

Multi activity days are the ultimate staff away days and corporate event. We have venuesavailable across the UK and offer a huge list of motorised, water based, shooting and mentallychallenging activities available to choose from. Guests will have an impressive choice ofmemorable activities to choose from such as quad biking, Segway racing, hovercrafts, clay pigeonshooting, archery, human table football and many more! All our venues are carefully chosen toprovide quality facilities as well as for their natural beauty. Our multi-activity days can cater for avarying number of participants, as teams can be rotated around the different activities.

Each day we run is unique and specific to our client’s requirements, and client’s can pick their daysactivities from our range of options: each venue has its own list of unique activities suited fortheir grounds. Our venues have quality meeting and presentation facilities for clients, allowing usto combine a multi activity day with a corporate presentation or evening dining. During the daywe can provide complimentary soft drinks for guests and can also hold a BBQ or buffet lunchusing locally sourced food. All our activities are supervised by trained instructors, whilst theevent is covered by our public liability insurance of up to £5 million.

VIP SHOOTINGEXPERIENCE

Team Tactics are thrilled to offer an iconic day’sshooting event at the Royal Berkshire ShootingSchool and Well Barn Estate owned by multi-millionaire Hugh Osmond, the founder of PunchTavern and Pizza Express. Just a short journeyfrom London by train this picturesque locationoffers 2,000 acres of estate to explore and learnwhat it takes to be a successful ambassador ofthe sport. Not to mention expert tuition frommulti-World and European English sport shooterclay-shooting champion George Digweed!

OCEAN TREASURE HUNT

Teams will enjoy superb views of the Solent during a hearty breakfast at the Lymington YachtHaven Marina and as they kit up for the sea in their oilskins and lifejackets and board their RIB.We then head out into the Solent at 44 knots whilst each team plans its strategy for theactivities ahead as guided by their fully qualified professional skipper. The teams compete forpoints, which are skewed heavily towards those who show both teamwork and creativity.Guests won’t soon forget the sheer exhilaration and excitement of charging through the Solentin our fleet of RIBs!

After a comprehensive safety briefing, our fullyqualified skippers will take you on a thrillingjourney through Central London in true JamesBond style in the most powerful, biggest andimposing power boats on the River. Once theRIBS are moored up at North Greenwich Pier,we escort you to The O2 to continue thisparticipative and thrilling experience.

The O2 is one of the most iconic Londonlandmarks in our city. Following a safetybriefing, guests will be provided with individualclimb suit, boots, harness and latch. Togetherwith your climb guide who will be there everystep of the way, participants will head up ontoThe O2 leading up to the viewing platformlocated in the centre of The O2 roof. Our corporate bake off is a unique opportunity to team build and create a charitable donation for acharity of your choice! Create colourful macaroons, delicious victoria sponge cakes and more in thistruly unique baking experience. After a delicious champagne reception and nibbles your teams will betasked with creating exquisite bakes. Teams will then be tested with a showstopper and technicalchallenge with inspiration coming from the popular BBC series ‘The Great British Bake Off’.

Our corporate cooking style events are immensely popular due to the warming atmosphere whichgreets guests at our professional kitchens in central London. We have spent over 20 yearsentertaining guests with our corporate cooking events so we can guarantee a fantastic event to beenjoyed by all bakers! The reason our baking experience is a stand out event is because of thecharitable element. Guests are invited to donate as many bakes as they would like to a charity oftheir choice offering the bakers a great sense of achievement that their afternoon of baking really hasmade someones day!
