OverviewAllorganizationsrelyonsmallgroupsorworkingteamstosolveproblems,makedecisionsand

accomplishtasksintheirdaytodayoperations.Inordertobesuccessfulinmostprofessional

environments,studentsneedtobepreparedtoworkingroupsandtounderstandkeyaspects

ofsmallgroupprocess.Thiscompetencerequiresskillinanalyzingsmallgroupinteractionand

facilitatinggroupprocess.Byintroducingstudentstoimportantconceptsofgroup

communicationandgivingstudentsopportunitiestoparticipateinandobservesmallgroups,

thiscourseincreasesyoureffectivenessasagroupparticipantandgroupleader.Thiscourse

willalsoexplorethescopeandimpactofvirtualteams.
