Focus on membership retention, at least 90%.

Increase membership base by at least a net gain of 10% (at least 5 new members)

Recruit a friend Each club member to recruit at least one (1) new prospective

member. Give recognition to sponsors and give incentives.

Membership Orientation and Education Provide Rotary Literature to new and prospective members Encourage new members to attend Rotary Academy seminars

Membership retention Deep and active involvement in club activities of all members. Give recognition and credit to members who contribute actively

to club. Encourage attendance during weekly club meetings. Adopt ‘buddy’ system through mentorship.

Club Administration(GOALS) To successfully manage club activities and meet District

commitments. Conduct well planned weekly meetings with guest speakers, at

least twice a month. Organize a general assembly once a month. Orchestrate fellowship activities coinciding with birthday

celebrations Conduct monthly board meeting Commit high profile and prominent and interesting guest

speakers. Maintain high membership attendance in meetings and projects. To establish, maintain and manage efficient operational and

financial budgets.

Club Administration(Strategies) Create an organization of members with specific duties and

responsibilities. Craft a year-long schedule of key events in the club and district

level. Identify interesting topics relevant per month. Promote close fellowship and camaraderie through meetings and

projects. Competent sourcing, application of funds, donations, solicitations

and timely reporting of financial accountabilities. Conduct year-long programs to motivate, encourage and commit

members to attend: Discon, Distas, RI “Towards the Centennial of Philippine Rotary Service”, and foreign travels to meet sister clubs.

Divide members in groups or in teams identified by colors or area to take charge of weekly club meetings and service projects.

Vocational Service MAPSA – Recognize Makati’s Top 3 Outstanding Traffic

Enforcers Employee’s Night – recognize Rotarians outstanding

employees in their respective corporations and businesses.

Career Counseling – conduct career pathing workshop to high school graduating students either in RCC or in public schools.

Factory or Work Place Visit for students Conduct livelihood training programs in Calawis, Antipolo

for the 3-H Grant program focusing on bamboo and organic farming.

Construct a 4-Way Test marker in Makati (e.g. San Lorenzo Village)

Community Service 3-H Grant – Encourage full and active involvement of Rotarians and

RCC members in the implementation of the 3H grant program, Calawis Antipolo focusing on the following: livelihood training, functional literary among farmers, water and sanitation projects, strengthening ties with members of RCC, reduction of child mortality program by training community health workers and mother on safe child birth and nutrition.

Mother Theresa – continue support to the institution by providing the needs of the institution (e.g. wheel chairs, food)

Literacy Project – provide public schools in makati or antipolo with books from “books across the seas”

Makati Peace Award – give recognition to an outstanding national leader/personality, who has significantly contributed to the humanity or community

Don Bosco – provide the institution with books, rice, and continue the vermiculture farming, a source of livelihood for the center.

Annual dental and medical mission and libreng gupit projects in calamba laguna sponsored by AM Europharma.

International Service

Participate in the world community service (WCS) program of RI as a source of funds for the club and community service projects.

Continue nurturing relations with local sister club, RC Chinatown and foreign sister clubs RC Hongkong Channel Island and RC Taipei Capital by attending club inductions and forging joint club community projects.

Participate in the WCS project link job fair in Nov. 25-30, 2009.

Youth Service Organize an interact club Gen. Pio del Pilar high

school (14 members) Organize a Rotaract Club with Rtn. Paolo David as

head Encourage interactors and rotaractors to

participate in district activities such as your Olympics, new generation seminar, DRIA and RYLA

Involve Rotarians in youth oriented service projects such as anti-drugs and anti smoking.

Encourage youth participation in the district solo and chorale competition.

Support the Polio Plus program of TRF through a donation of $1,000.00

Encourage each member to donate on staggered basis or one time $100 to become sustaining member.

Support Polio Plus Support GSE Program To support the 3-H grant project by encouraging

members to participate in the implementation of the project; to adopt an efficient system of recording, monitoring and management of the resources of the 3H Grant.

To ensure continuity and propagate the spirit of Rotary, fellowship, camaraderie and friendship amongst club members through active participation in all periodic club activities.

Club Activities(Strategies) Orchestrate seasonal and periodic activities such as:

Employees Night Chinese New Years Party Halloween Party Caroling Activities Christmas Party Valentines Party Baby Rotarians Night Birthday Celebrations Charter Anniversary Sister Clubs Visit Other celebrations that the club may deem necessary

Appoint members to head each activity to ensure active participation in Club activities and become instruments to achieve goals.

Conduct these special events in lieu of weekly meetings. These activities will serve as an augmentation to foster goodwill with

other clubs by extending the invitation.
