IN THE BELLY OF THE DRAGON

Coordination, listening, resistance to the test! This acti-

vity aboard historical dragon boats, traditional Chinese

rowing boats equipped with head, tail, rudder and drum.

Sixteen rowers sit in pairs, side by side in a small area

compete against other group boats in a race packed with

adrenaline. On the peaceful Lake Garda, on the fascina-

ting Arno surrounded by the historical beauty of Florence

or in the exclusive setting of Venice, the activity will in any

case give you unique atmospheres and states of mind.BIKE & SAIL

An exciting crossing of Lake Garda with

Asso 99 sailboats, fish lunch by the lake-

side and riding on a mountain bike along

the eastern shore of the lake. The sailboat

is an ideal metaphor for the business envi-

ronment, a microcosm that enhances awa-

reness of the importance of one’s role in

relation to others, following the ‘course’ of

corporate strategy and the ‘unpredictable

sea’ of market changes. Self-confidence,

adaptability, leadership: these are the skills

tested in an exciting mix of activities, which

are adaptable to business needs.

Bow, arrows, target .... silence and concen-

tration. Not just a mere sporting activity,

but a search for one’s self and the balance

of the self in action. The achievement of

the target is the result of a difficult balan-

ce between physical strength and mental

control. As Confucius said: “In archery we

have something like the way of the supe-

rior man. When the archer misses the cen-

ter of the target, he turns round and seeks

for the cause of his failure in himself”. One

lesson that may well be applied to strate-

gic company activities.

TEAM ORIENTEERING Have you ever thought of failing to find

your way in your job?Follow an area mapped with the help of a

topographic map and compass and cho-

ose the best path for achieving the goal,

it can help!The path, without conventional signs

and dotted with only ‘lanterns’ or con-

trol points, will severely test skills such

as analysis, problem solving and effecti-

ve time management. Various locations:

from the Valpolicella vineyards in Vero-

na, to the Alto Garda Trentino forests un-

til reaching the hilly hinterland of Treviso.

Highly recommended: the original ‘by

night’ version, which gives the activity an

evocative atmosphere.

How can you become a contemporary arti-

st? Simple! With a giant canvas lying on the

ground, equipped with overalls, gloves, shoe

covers and curious ‘unconventional’ instru-

ments.

Each team is given a topic, an idea linked

to the company, followed by a design phase

which triggers the creation of the

“Work of Art” par excellence, a true

corporate record of creative

painting on canvas.

NELLA PANCIA DEL DRAGONECoordinazione, ascolto , resistenza alla prova ! Questa l’attività a bordo di barche dragone storiche , imbarcazioni a remi di tradizione cinese munite di testa, coda, timone e tamburo. Sedici rematori seduti in coppia, fianco a fianco, in uno spazio ristretto sfideranno in una regata ricca di adrenalina le altre imbarcazioni del gruppo. Sul tranquillo Lago di Garda, o sull’affascinante Arno attorniati dalle bellezze storiche di Firenze o nello scenario unico di Venezia, l’attività vi donerà in ogni caso atmosfere e stati d’animo unici.

An original format that offers interactive and ex-

perimental forms of travel in urban areas such

as squares, streets and monuments or private

property. A sort of treasure hunt based on psy-

chogeography: the individual is no longer a pas-

sive subject in knowledge, but is subject who ‘ex-

periences’ places in relation to his perceptions. It

is a city adventure that leads to the direct con-

tact with the population and winds its way through

bartering actions, multi-sensory labs, street art,

visual training and countless other stops tailored

for you. The places are transformed into stages of

cognitive experience that will stay etched in your

memory forever!

DINNER WITH POIROTAn interesting role play where spectators sud-

denly become actors moved by brilliant and

relentless deus ex machina. The plot? Taken

from the tales of the ‘queen’ of the detective

novel par excellence, Agatha Christie. Jokes,

gestures and plot twists are constantly gui-

ded, controlled and dictated by the director,

so that in the spontaneous representation of

the actors, clues to solve the mystery itself

are obvious. The team members who are not

involved in the play will be tasked with loo-

king closely at the representation to detect

the clues hidden in it and, through a complex

deductive logic process, find the culprit.

THEATRE IMPROVISATION

The background: The form-actors ac-

company the team through a series of

small activities to acquire the basic im-

provisation techniques, a path where

listening, concentration, creativity and

flexibility are put to the test.

The finale: A judge calls the teams to

compete in pairs on stage, based on the

themes and methods given. The teams

made up of the audience ‘interact’ with

the actors, through a coloured card or the

unexpected ‘slipper throwing’. An activi-

ty that becomes hilarious entertainment

where participants vie for victory on sta-

ge like in a real sporting event.

Not a cooking class, but real team work where you can learn in the field, where you will get your hands dirty,

and put yourself to the test at the stove. The chef assigns precise tasks to the participants, who are divided

into groups, leading and assisting them in the different production phases of tasty and fine dishes. A perfect

metaphor: working together in multiple groups and working in a crosswise direction within an organization is

one of the most problematic aspects of a company, but also one which most of all measures the quality of the

business system and the ability to achieve a common goal, mixing roles and functions. From the ingredients

.... to the final dish, a lunch, a dinner that everyone will be both creator and consumer at the same time.

The consolidated experience of

working with the world of training

allows us to develop projects for the

effective implementation of training

events based on experiential trai-

ning.

Experiential training is a methodo-

logy in which the trainers involve the

trainees in a direct, practical expe-

rience that leads them to reflect on

knowledge, on development of their

skills and on their values.

This learning process doesn’t just come about through practical activity and the strong emotions

associated with it, but especially through reflection on it.

Team building frequently used by companies as a purely fun – aggregative moment

within a supporting event, carries out its real training function if inserted into an educational con-

text. It is the background in the classroom that makes team building effective!

Our mission is to convey this awareness and offer training courses in which classroom training

and team building become complementary and integral moments in the development of skills

such as: leadership, negotiation, problem solving, stress management, flexibility, listening.
