• Nothing happened. It is just fun and games.

• Something happened. But it is a violation of the rules of a game rather than the people involved. So what we need is a terms of service.

• Something happened and people got affected. But it was symbolic and hence the punishment is also symbolic – @toading.

• Something happened and it affected people in real life. It hurt somebody. It abused somebody. It was real and there should be real life consequences for real life actions.
