BOTH THE BIG AMERICAN OEMS AND THE GERMAN OEMS (BMW, VW AND

MERCEDES) ARE CONSPICUOUS.

GM, Ford and Chrysler have held the first three top positions for years.

BMW with continuous improvement (meanwhile “only” ranking as number 14)

VW (No. 6) and Mercedes (No. 8) have deteriorated over the last 5 years.
