Usage: The surfaces to be treated must be clean, fully dry and dust free. Add to the mastic 2%of hardener in weight mix thoroughly and apply making sure the mixture is properly applied onthe surface by using a little pressure on the spatula. After a couple of hours, when hardened, it ispossible to grind and polish with the standard tools used in stone processing. Recommended thickness:in big areas not more than 5mm at a time and for more thickness apply in several layers.

Dati tecnici: Essendo i dati tecnici differenti a seconda della versione sia essa Liquida o Solida e aseconda della colorazione, sono disponibili schede tecniche per ogni prodotto.

Technical data: Technical sheets are available for different types depending on types: liquid or solid, transparent or coloured.

Resa del prodotto: La resa del prodotto dipende molto dal tipo di applicazione se si tratta diincollaggio, stuccatura ecc... Non è pertanto possibile fornire un dato attendibile.

Output: Exact details are not available because its usage much depends on the type of application, ifused for gluing, filling etc.

Description:

Two pack mastic for marble and stone, based of unsatured polyester resins. It hardens quickly after adding its hardener. It has good adhesive power and thanks to its fluidity, it penetrates into the hollowness and porosity of the stone. After hardening, it can be worked as the stone. It is possible to alter the colour by adding Bellinzoni colour paste tubes or colour oxide powders. It is resistant to most of the chemicals such as oils, fats, detergents, solvents, etc.

Suggestion for Use: • Do not use the hardener in quantity more than 4% as it will reduce adhesion of the product and also

reduces the working time and could cause a color variation. • Never catalyze the total quantity of the mastic at one time in order to avoid “mass effect” because the

mastic will dry quickly. • Do not use hardener in quantity less than 1% and/or at low temperature (below 5° C – 41°F) which

makes catalyzation time very long. • Do not use the coloring paste in quantity more than 2% as it could prejudice the adhesion. • After the mixing with hardener, the product has a working time between 3 and 15 minutes. • Stone can be moved after 20 minutes from treatment. • Read carefully recommendations printed on the tin before use.

Application on surfaces: Marble, granite, terrazzo, engineered stones, sandstone, limestone, resin marble, concrete.

Safety procedures:

As far as the proper working procedures is concerned, we recommend to consult Material Safety Data Sheets issued according to E.U. rules and to follow your national laws concerning safety in the working place.

Packing: Cardboards of: 9 tins of 1,600 kg (56 oz) , 2 tins of 7 kg (15,40 lb); 1 tin of 28,50 kg (62,80 lb) hardener included.

The composition of the tins is Steel (ACC). After use, comply with the local and national regulations currently in force regarding recycling. Our packing is conformed to the U.N. rules for inland transport (A.D.R.) and by sea (I.M.O.); for transportation via air refer to updated rules (I.A.T.A.). Description:

Two pack mastic for marble and stone, based of unsatured polyester resins. It hardens quickly after adding its hardener. It has good adhesive power and it is perfectly transparent and thanks to its fluidity, it penetrates into the hollowness and porosity of the stone. After hardening, it can be worked as the stone. It can be coloured by using Bellinzoni colour paste tubes and colour oxide powders. It is resistant to most of the chemicals such as oils, fats, detergents, solvents, etc.

Technical Characteristics:

Instruction for Use:

The area to be glued or filled must be clean, perfectly dry and dust free. Add 2% of paste hardener in weight to the mastic, mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained and apply with a spatula on horizontal or vertical surface. In cold season, it is possible to increase quantity of hardener up to 3%. Once hardened after a couple of hours, the mastic can be grinded and polished. For materials with porosity or holes very big (Travertine) we suggest to make a second application.

Suggestion for Use: • Do not use the hardener more than 4% as it will reduce adhesion of the product and also reduces the

working time and could cause a color variation. • Never catalyze the total quantity of the mastic at one time in order to avoid “mass effect” because the

mastic will dry quickly. • Do not use hardener in quantity less than 1% and/or at low temperature (below 5° C – 41°F) which

makes canalization time very long.

Application on surfaces: Marble, granite, terrazzo, agglomerated and engineered stones, sandstone, limestone, resin marble, concrete.

Safety procedures:

As far as the proper working procedures is concerned, we recommend to consult Material Safety Data Sheets issued according to E.U. rules and to follow your national laws concerning safety in the working place.

Packing: Cardboard of: 9 tins of 1,05 kg (37 oz), 2 tins of 4.15 kg (9,15 lb); 1 tin of 18.50kg (40,80 lb) hardener included. The composition of the tins is steel (ACC). After use, comply with the local and national regulations currently in force regarding recycling. Our packing is conformed as per U.N. rules for inland transport (A.D.R.) and by sea (I.M.O.);for transportation via air refer to updated rules (I.A.T.A.). • Excessive addition of hardener in weight will reduce the gluing properties of the mixture precluding goods results. Moreover when too much hardener is used the mastic once hardened will change colour.

• Too little hardener below 1% will not allow the polymerisation to happen therefore the resin will not harden and will just remain a sticky mass precluding goods resutls.

• When working protect the eyes, hand and all exposed sensitive part of the body. • Never mix different hardeners together after ahving added one hardener to the resin. • When using colouring such as BELLINZONI colour paste or powders add the hardener at the last

moment after the colouring of the resin has been completed. • The information in this leaflet are obtained from our laboratory test and actual usage by experienced

stone processing people and if not comprehensive or for any further request our technical office is at full disposal for further information.

• Read carefully recommendations printed on the tin before use. Safety procedures:

As far as the proper working procedures is concerned, we recommend to consult Material Safety Data Sheets issued according to E.U. rules and to follow your national laws concerning safety in the working place.
