Product DescriptionZwaluw DBS 9802-PUR & NBS one component fire retardant isolationand construction foam developed to make a fire retardant seal betweenstony construction parts up till a joint depth and width of 40 mm. ZwaluwDBS 9802-PUR & NBS is available as handheld and gun foam.

ApplicationsZwaluw DBS 9802-PUR & NBS can be used in joints betweenseparation walls, ceiling and floors. Perimeter joints around window anddoor frames. In general the foam has an excellent adhesion onconcrete, brick, stone, plaster, wood, metal and many plastics likepolystyrene foam, rigid PU foam and uPVC.

Surface Preparations and FinishingSurfaces must be sound, clean, free of oil and grease. Surfacesmoisten slightly (spray) using a spray bottle. In cold temperatures, thefoam at least one hour before use in warm to room temperature.

Gun Foam: Screws the can on the gun with NBS thread, preferablyZwaluw NBS M Gold.Adapter Foam: Remove the cap and screw the spray nozzle onto theadapter on top of the can.

Shake the can vigorously before use (at least 20 times). Protect eyesand wear gloves and working clothes. Tapestry, floor-covering andfurniture to be covered with paper or plastic foil. Fresh foam can beremoved directly with Zwaluw Universal PU-Cleaner. After curing thesurplus of the foam can be removed with a knife or spatula and thefoam surface can be finished.

CleaningFresh foam can be removed directly with Zwaluw UniversalPU-Cleaner. After curing the surplus of the foam can be removed with aknife or spatula and the foam surface can be finished.
