Technical Datasheet DruckWege Resin Type D Pro Flex UV-sensive epoxy resin for DLP and UV/LCD 3D printers Descripon The present technical data sheet describes the UV-sensive epoxy resin DruckWege Resin Type D Pro FLEX of the company DruckWege (Reil & Gillert GbR). The resin is used for the experimentel technology of addive manufacturing or 3D prinng and applied in DLP 3D printers. This datasheet describes the technical properes and applicaon of the resin. Safety aspects are described in the safety data sheet. The epoxy resin is filled in a funnel bole with a scker indicang the content of the bole and expiraon date. Preparaon and Applicaon Colors Expiraon Date and Storage Use the resin before the expiraon date as indicated on the scker of the funnel bole. The funnel bole shall be stored in a dry and well venlated room. Avoid entering of moisture into the funnel bole. The resin shall not be contaminated with light, so early curing canbe avoided. Handling and Precauons This document does not describe the safety aspects of the product. Before handling and usage, please carefully read the safety data sheet of this product, as well as the scker on the funnel bole to ensure safe handling and avoidance of physical and health- related hazards. Examples of the printed colors are given on druckwege.com. Before using the epoxy resin, shake the bole well to maintain a good blending before the applicaon. During storage, color pig- ments may deposit on the ground of the bole. With the use of protecon gloves, safety glasses and respirator, open the funnel bole and pour the epoxy resin in a designated vat of your 3D printer. For a defined post-curing, we recommend a maximum of 5 minutes. Safety aspects are described in the safety data sheet.The epoxy resin is filled in a funnel bottle with a sticker indicatingthe content of the bottle and expiration date.

Preparation and Application

Colors

Expiration Date and StorageUse the resin before the expiration date as indicated on the sticker of the funnel bottle. The funnel bottle shall be stored in a dry and well ventilated room. Avoid entering of moisture into the funnel bottle.The resin shall not be contaminated with light, so early curing canbe avoided.

Before using the epoxy resin, shake the bottle well to maintain a good blending before the application. During storage, color pig-ments may deposit on the ground of the bottle.With the use of protection gloves, safety glasses and respirator,open the funnel bottle and pour the epoxy resin in a designatedvat of your 3D printer.

For a defined post-curing, we recommend a maximum of 5 minutes.
