Cogegum ® GFR series compounds are based on polyolefins blends, and contain a fire retardant system that contributes to give the cable self-extinguish properties without halogenidric acids evolution; furthermore, toxic and corrosive gases emission and smoke generation are particularly reduced. TECHNICAL INFORMATION Cogegum® GFR series XLPO-HFFR crosslinkable Halogen Free Fire Retardant compounds for W&C applications

Cogegum® GFR series consists of HFFR silane crosslinkable compounds for wire and cable sheathing and insulation, curable by addition of a catalyst masterbatch and exposure to moisture (Sioplas® method). Cogegum® GFR series compounds are based on polyolefins blends, and contain a fire retardant system that contributes to give the cable self-extinguish properties without halogenidric acids evolution; furthermore, toxic and corrosive gases emission and smoke generation are particularly reduced.
