INVITATION In 2012 the 1 st IWA Specialized International Conference “EcoSTP” launched a novel holistic approach to the “new conceived wastewater treatment plants”. VenueThe EcoSTP2014 conference will be heldin the historical centre of Verona. In 2000Verona has been awarded WorldHeritage Site status by UNESCObecause of its urban structure andarchitecture. In the 2nd half of JuneVerona offers the best cultural activities(i.e. the Arena lyric festival and theShakespeare festival) which may be partof the social events. The weather in Junewill ensure a complete profiting ofparticipant’s leisure time. Wine tasting intraditional winery of Valpolicella and galadinner in typical veronese restaurant willcomplete the social program. Technicalvisit to large innovative wastewatertreatment plants are planned.
