Social Media for Service Delivery

MyGov could be Facebook or LinkedIn for government. The mock-up slides are designed to show how the social media interface concept could be used for government services. The mock-up is not necessarily accurate in its portrayal of government services or citizen interests. Some of the concepts presented and the language used would need refinement if such an approach was seriously considered.

Original material in these concept slides copyright Commonwealth of Australia. Non-original material for concept only, implementation may require permission.
