Excess Land Opportunity
The 4Front Campus contains approximately 60 acres of excess land which provides the opportunity for numerous development possibilities. Strategically located at the I-694 and Highway 14 interchange, the excess land provides a very attractive opportunity with freeway visibility. There are few existing land sites in the Twin Cities that can provide a comparable combination of visibility and existing infrastructure. The excess land is already subdivided into separate parcels and is available.
Adjacent is a detailed overview of the excess land, including the parcel identification information.
