Login to RapidIdentity

Click on “Profiles” Button

Click on the “Change Password” Button

Type in current password

Enter new password and then confirm your new password

Press “Save”

Your new password should now be in effect.

New password needs to adhere to following requirements: At Least One Upper Case Letter At Least One Lower Case Letter At Least One Number At Least One Special Character (e.g. ! @ #) At Least Eight and no more than Sixteen

Characters Cannot include username or Name
