1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARYOur company name is Bj Tyre SDN BHD. ‘Bj’ means brilliant job. We took this name because we think that we had done the brilliant action that introduce to our nation the brand new type of tyre that need no air pressure to perform. We call it non-pneumatic tyre (NPT). NPT has been introduced to world in early 21st century and widely used in US.US army use this NPT for its hummer to battlefield. In Malaysia, there are a lot of tyre manufacturer that were established since decade ago. We are used to black, thick, and fill with air tyre. The scene that a girl that try to be helped by man by road side, someone that get sweat try to change their car tyre, accident cause by over pressure tyre and exploding tyre, that are not rare stories anymore.Because of that, Bj Tyre Sdn Bhd feel responsible to change the scariest thing that might happened when using normal pneumatic tyre. We are introducing this NPT to Malaysian people also Asia. We are targeting to manufacture and supply NPT for use as a spare tyre. NPT are

Tyre industry had been so famous since 1880’s after John Boyd Dunlop first create a pneumatic tyre works by air. Decades after, tyre industry comes with a lot of tyre manufacturer that compete each other. And now, starting by early 21st century, US comes with non-pneumatic tyre and it become famous nowadays.

2.4 Uniqueness of Product / Service / TechnologyThis tire can be a direct replacement for the standard tires currently used in “extreme” situations. Amazingly, the tire could still perform its normal function at highway speeds of 75 MPH. It’s a tire solution to prevent standard tire failures caused by punctures, ballistics, or road conditions. Other than that, it is bulletproof.

3.5 Strength and Weaknesses or SWOT Analysis

StrengthBJ Tyre Sdn Bhd is a manufacturer of non-pneumatic tyre. This product is a new

revolution of tyre that has been use on the vehicles nowadays. It principally a tyre that does not supported by air pressure. Usually this tyre is used on some small vehicles as a main tyre but we design this non pneumatic tyre especially for spare usage where puncture tyre likely.

The main point we choose to produce this tyre for spare usage is this tyre cannot go flat but they are far less common than airfilled tyre. So, from this function we identify that the non pneumatic tyre is very convenience for spare tyre usage. If we use the pneumatic tyre as a spare, the probability for the spare tyre become puncture is higher because for sure we will never check the air pressure in the spare tyre except the main tyre is flat. Unluckily, if the spare tyre also flat it will become worst. So with the non pneumatic tyre there is no worry about the probability of spare tyre flat and this tyre have a long lasting rather than air pressure tyre.

This comprehensive SWOT profile of BJ Tyre provides you with a good business plan and analysis of the company's operations. The profile that we create will give the consumer a clear and strong view of the company strengths and weakness. This profile will help customer to formulate the strategies that have been use by us for our improvement time to time and become successful.

Last but not least we have make sure that our company location situated nearest the main road and industrial are so that our customer can easily find our company by not giving any on them.

WeaknessBJ Tyre weaknesses are a lack of staff because we are new in this sector, so that our

permanent staff might have to 2 times harder than usual to ensure there is no problem occur either production or management. So for the starting this is the biggest weakness of our company, eventhough we will make sure that our company weakness problem will be solve time to time to make sure our company will be one of the best among the best in this sector.

Besides our product also have the own weakness like dissipating the heat buildup that occurs when they are driven. The other problem is airless tyres generally have higher rolling friction and it provide much less suspension than similarly shaped and sized pneumatic tyres. Although our product have their weakness, we are sure that the weakness are not affected the function of non pneumatic tyre because we produce this non pneumatic tyre just only for spare tyre usage. Besides, we will conduct a research and development continuously to make sure the weakness of this non pneumatic tyres will be solve.

Tire building is the process of assembling all the components onto a tire building drum. Tire-building machines can be manually operated or fully automatic.

4. Curing

Curing is the process of applying pressure to the green tire in a mold in order to give it its final shape, and applying heat energy to stimulate the chemical reaction between the rubber and other materials.

5. Final finish

After the tire has been cured, there are several additional operations. Tire uniformity measurement is a test where the tire is automatically mounted on wheel halves, inflated, run against a simulated road surface, and measured for force variation. Tire balance measurement is a test where the tire is automatically placed on wheel halves, rotated at a high speed and measured for imbalance

BJ Tyre Corporation Sdn Bhd may not experience to conduct development triggered by factors such as insufficient staffing or the unavailability of development related components, materials or technologies. Further, when developing new products, the Company's development schedules may be changed as a result of the discovery of performance problems, or changes to the product specification in response to customer requirements, market developments, or company initiated changes. Changes in product specifications may delay completion of documentation, packaging, or testing, which may, in turn, affect the release schedule of the product. When developing complex display devices, the technology market may shift during the development cycle, requiring the company either to enhance or change a product's specifications to meet a customer's changing needs. These factors may cause a product to enter the market behind schedule, which may adversely affect market acceptance of the product or place it at a disadvantage to competitor's product that has already gained market share or market acceptance during the delay.

There can be  no assurance  that BJ Tyre Corporation Sdn Bhd will be  able to  achieve or manage any future  growth, and  its failure to  do so  could delay  product development  cycles  and marketing  efforts  or otherwise  have  a material adverse effect on BJ Tyre Corporation Sdn Bhd business,  financial condition, and results of  operations.

9.2 Obstacle and Risks

Risk of Errors or Failures; Product Liability RisksA malfunction or the defect design of products produced using BJ Tire Corporation Sdn Bhd tyre technology could result in tort or warranty claims. While the company will attempt to reduce the risk of such  losses through warranty disclaimers  and liability limitation clauses  in its license  agreements, and by maintaining  product liability insurance, there can  be no assurance that such measures  will be effective in limiting  BJ Tyre Corporation Sdn Bhd liability for  any such damages.
