Video / Photography ServicesDetail – Video Deposition

Technology has transformed testimony into

living documents, and imaging technologies have

added new clarity and authority to all kinds of

legal proceedings

The proper purpose of a deposition is to gather background and evidence and lock in the stories of the parties and the witness. By getting all the facts which the person may know down on paper, and obtaining whatever helpful admissions are possible from the other side, the lawyers can better prepare the case for trial. In some instances the testimony from the deposition will be used as part of a motion seeking judgment without a trial (such as "summary judgment"), or limit the matters that have to be presented at trial, or create an opportunity for the parties to settle the lawsuit.

Legal video can be "the key to reaching a jury." It can support oral arguments or impeach witness testimony.

A deposition is NOT a social conversation.

Video / Photography ServicesDetail – Day in the Life

When a Day-In-The-Life video is produced correctly it can be a major contributor to the success of your case. This video should show the jury or viewer not just what happens during the victim's day, but also how it affects the victims daily life, their loved ones and the major changes one must go through to adapt to these changes.

An effective Day-In-The-Life video must have a true beginning and end. When it is done correctly it should make the viewer forget there is a camera in the room.

Video / Photography ServicesDetail – Accident & Site

We also take still pictures of avehicle after anaccident for insuranceor legal purposes

This covers a wide area including environmental, safety, construction and engineering issues.  Many times an engineer or investigator will make notesor measurements on camera and note their findings.

Some inspections require videotape to be shot every week over a period of perhaps ayear to document progress or change in conditions or situations.

Professional quality video of an accident site or construction defect brings a full understanding of the scenario or situation behind the litigation.

With a visual reference, there is room for accurate communication.

In construction defect cases, video will show existing and current conditions, repairs (if made ) of the damage, as well as before and after views of the project.

In personal injury cases, the dangerous situations, specific liability issues, and any negligence can be visually represented.

Video / Photography ServicesDetail – Aerial and Underwater

Aerial photography is the taking of photographs from above with a camera

There are many used for aerial photography. It is used in things like cartography, land-use planning, archaeology, movie

production, environmental studies, espionage, commercial advertising, conveyance, and other fields.

Aerial photographs are considered outside the realm of privacy.

Therefore anything witnessed from the view of an aircraft is considered public.

There are several processes that must be completed to produce a Compact Disc (CD) disc for reliable playback and distribution.

The encoding process converts video to the MPEG-1 format.  This is the most common file type for corporate use.

A master CD-R is then produced to submit for replication, the process through which multiple copies are made of the master.   Disc art printing refers to the artwork & images that are to be placed on the face of the disc itself.

2D & 3D Animation

Details

2D ANIMATION : The creation of moving pictures in a two-dimensional environment, such as through "traditional" cel animation or in computerized animation software. This is done by sequencing consecutive images, or "frames", that simulate motion by each image showing the next in a gradual progression of steps.

3D ANIMATION: The creation of moving pictures in a three-dimensional digital environment. This is done by sequencing consecutive images, or "frames", that simulate motion by each image showing the next in a gradual progression of steps, filmed by a virtual "camera" and then output to video by a rendering engine.

To create the illusion of life

A simulation of movement created by displaying a series of pictures, or frames. Cartoons on television is one of several examples of animation..

Animation on computers is one of the chief ingredients of multimedia presentations. There are many software applications that enable you to create animations that you

can display on a computer monitor. There is a notable difference between animation and video. Whereas video takes continuous motion and breaks it up into discrete frames, animation

starts with independent pictures and puts them together to form the illusion of continuous motion.
